Gotta say it's been fun watching the children playing in the sandpit the last couple of days, 10% of $4bn is ours - cash mate honestly like any part of the 'gross revenue' due to MMS will be directed straight into KDNC's bin .... buys are sells ... sells are buys ... boom ... bust ... spiked ... rampers... derampers, dreamers, naysayers & those that seem to know what's coming next.

LOL - no idea but it's certainly livened the board up ... is suspect it'll pass in a few days when the realisation of what it actually means for us (10% of MMS MCAP) sets in & it settles down at a realistic value to reflect that... lot depends on where MMS sits in a few days though.

The volume of ridiculous posts, although entertaining, means I pretty much won't bother at the moment & yes I expect a little volatility with the SP ....

Not in BCN but did take a few more in the low teens myself based purely on what I feel the value of the Sonora JV's could be....

... interesting this MMS off-take announcement follows 2 days on from the $6M dollar financing being announced, organised by Capstan in the UK & secured against the very licences that are the subject of today's announcement.... if we're in any way involved I hope they've got all the bases covered in case of question...LoL

.....sorry jimb2 I've made it very clear previously that I'm here until the Sonora JV's are exploited or sold that won't & hasn't changed because of today so you'll need to put up with me a while longer (but fingers crossed not too much longer eh if Hanwa do what I hope).

Great news & a welcome rise due MMS today, hopefully it will stick firmly or improve further, unfortunately though for me there's been a lot of number dreaming coupled with unnecessary knocking in relation to it during the day in my opinion as well.

A magnificent piece of news today with a good reaction is very good & very very welcome .. but it's the Sonora end game that'll see my wave of farewell leaving the board, the Minigases & your good self in peace ......

Yes Dallas ... with our overall 'average' purchase price of BCN being 65p (as reported Kiran indicated) I'm guessing optimistically our overall 'average' selling price at the best is probably about 45p (based on the 42% sale at 70p & our selling down to the 20's where a lot seems to have occurred ... I'd say we've crystallized somewhere around a £4M loss on investment - wonder whose footed that!!

....fair point I guess but weighed against the fact that....

They sold such a huge amount at 70p - because they'd oh so cleverly worked themselves into a position where they were strapped for cash, under funded, over exposed & the ridiculous CLN needed dealing with...... they've been selling since, suppressing &/or depressing BCN's SP, for exactly the same reasons - I'm not sure they deserve a pat on the back for it in any way shape or form.

As an investment company buying & selling shares is part of the game but as an investment company with so much proclaimed mining & finance 'experience' shouldn't they be looking to do this at a profit for the benefit of us PI's instead of crystalalizing significant losses & talking down the price of its investments.... we may have started the ball rolling that picked up momentum to everyone's detriment for sue... well done Kiran you've performed fantastically well for us & our once significant other - where shall we fail next....though hopefully not before the JV's are sold eh!!

Nice find jimb2 - fingers crossed its linked to a buyout of the JV's as well as funding from the plant .. maybe they insisted we sell down our holding before they purchased it from us & announced funding .... that'd be Cool & potential my train ticket outta here... keeping fingers crossed ...

Can't believe how poorly the Minigases & this share have performed over the last few years - fair enough th e markets been tough - but not as sh¡t as these guys have managed to make it......

fortunately our assets still, for me, outweigh their dire demonstrations of their blend of financial & mining experience - I can buys shares high & sell low also ... as well as take out unnecessarily high & appallingly structured loans with dubious lenders - the former I've done the latter ....well who would be so daft!!

I really hope the JV's are sold soon ... unfortunately I can see this mob selling them for peanuts :-(

......last I heard the Megalit licence concession wasn't yet included in the Megalit JV... when Kiran was pushed on it he indicated it was because the concession was so large the MX authorities wouldn't ratify it & they were thinking/discussing about breaking it into smaller parts ... so although we were also 'entitled' to the Megalit concession being included under the Megalit JV this hadn't & indeed hasn't as yet been formally completed.... smelt fishy to me then.... still smells fishy to me now as until it's formally in the JV I wonder what (if any) entitlement or benefit we can realistically expect from it....

Press piece says that Gonzalez couldn't remember the name of the company trying to 'SELL' it & sell what exactly LV the JV areas...... from the wording of the press piece it's possibly a bit more than investment being discussed despite how Secker might be positioning it..... of course it's all just speculation until something formal is announced in an RNS...
