As I've said this RNS does not to me look nailed on from the wording & content so we'll see whether it actually occurs, to what extent & indeed at what price.

I can deal with whatever happens here, even if we get shafted to the extent it folds because an indebted, overstretched & underfunded business with 'potential' assets has no income, no money to develop past exploration with no realistic means of getting any finally ran out of time waiting for what is or was the 'Saudi of Lithium'... hope that doesn't transpire to be the case but I'll deal with & am prepared for it if it does - anyone holding AIM shares should be prepared for that outcome.

A placing at a premium is one that is higher than the closing price on the previous day(s) not one that is discounted, the reason the SP rose was due to a change in fundamentals of one of our directly held assets & one that PI's have just been denied of enjoying (regardless of whether it would have held or not ultimately) ... because this diabolical excuse of a BoD are flapping around trying to make themselves appear busy & up to a task they are & have clearly demonstrated as far as I'm concerned in my opinion they have no idea about & they are and have been flip flopping around in total bewilderment.... poor decisions one after the next is all I've seen for years & years..

We are of course assuming of course this placing closes as a lot of the language & phrasing in the RNS makes me think it's still to be nailed on... so if we drop to .12 / .13 tomorrow which is arguably where we should be based on MMS's current rise If .1 was reflective of our actual value before - will we even be able to secure placees & if we can what do they know we don't & if we did know where would our SP be ...

Last week when the price was at .10 MMS hadn't announced a potentially significant off-take partner which gave our SP a boot up the arse.....admittedly more than it deserved due to another bunch of numpties shouting about how we had 10% of $4Bn & the sheep following in.... they haven't even stopped bleating yet & the minigases have given what was a retracing SP a swift kick in the BLX to accelerate it.

God I hope they sell the SONORA JV's soon so I can sell up & leave you & many of the current influx of class clown to this - wherever it ends up 10bn or 20bn shares at .1 because every time it might move positively they find another way to slap it down again...

How are things for everyone ... singing Tiggers still happy after another couple of days retrace & a placing to boot ... had to chuckle when I saw someone posting they'd paid over 2.7p previously - must've been for RBS as it certainly wasn't here LoL ..... & another delusional still under the impression we've got 10% of $4bn .... gotta love the sheep eh !!!

LoL ... no I was right the first time ... our 10% of MMS is worth £1.6M so for every 5c they rise it's worth .01 per KDNC share..... GARDEN !!!

... not sure if you're querying my calcs IVY but I absolutely agree with you & I got my DP In the wrong place (sorry) .... £16.7M divided over 7.8bn KDNC shares is a shade over .2p per share .... so with MMS price at 10c currently that equates to 0.1 per KDNC share for every 5c of MMS SP (based on current KDNC SCAP).

Now it really is time for the garden... good weekend...

Hi Ivy ... for me although the MMS news is really very good the deal is only worth a lot of money to MMS, the values for us is what it does to their MCAP ... which put a simply a I can for my own benefit means that for every 5c they rise it adds .01p of value to our direct asset holding of them (it's rough & based on our current SCAP).

They 1 bagged yesterday so you could argue that even at 100% our rise on the back of their announcement was massively overdone.... however you could also be of the opinion that we're not valued properly in any event as none of the 'potential' is priced in & maybe the announcement woke everyone up to that.

Personally speaking without more news & with the weekend to work it all out properly I suspect we may see a continuance of the retrace into next week - but let's wait & see, it may hold ... hell it may even go back up ... this is AIM.

regardless as with this announcement I won't be selling (nor buying more I'm exposed here enough) my game & interest (as you & most LTH's here know) ends when Sonora is sorted, I have little to no faith or trust in our BoD & think our previous CEO is nothing more than a gobby Snake oil salesman who has Narcisistic personality disorder - but those as you know are just my opinions.

Sun's out & time to get out in the garden... as we found out this week this can move really really fast on news (must have been great to see for you !!) - just imagine what will happen as/when/if something of real substance hits in regard to Sonora (assuming the Minigases don't give it away for peanuts or swap it for something)

This will be my last post on here or on any BB thread with any conversation or inference to BREXIT ....it's in our faces everywhere, you can live & breathe it elsewhere if you want ... doesn't matter what your view was initially .... currently (other than those who couldn't, wouldn't or weren't interested) BREXIT is not giving anybody what they wanted, we're not really leaving & we're not really staying so everyone's spouting off & complaining about it but as I said if you really want to discuss it on a share forum LLOY is full of it ... Notwithstanding that the original announcement clearly had more holes than a dodgy colander (odd thing from a Gobbygas co eh!! LoL) there were some who absolutely understood what it really meant but any comment was drowned out by the Boom brigade (whether intentionally misleading or in complete ignorance or stupidity) singing their songs of sixpence trying to make out it was worth 10% of $4bn dollars to KDNC ... sucking in those who simply jumped onto the bandwagon instead of researching & understanding ....

Still let some out who wanted to be out & made day traders a packet - tis the way of AIM next week will be a lot quieter with those that got caught crying over their losses & trying to blame others for getting caught whilst most of us who've been here a while & seen it all before go back to waiting as it slowly reverts to a few dozen posts & trades a day.
