I noticed the big IF .... & by the time they get there in a couple of years time (earliest) I would like to think I'll have been 'fishing' for a year & hopefully the Sonora JV's sold in the next 12 months - you can have the rest...

No doubting it could be huge for MMS however we should be realistic with our existing holding & what it will do for us...

At $1 per MMS share .... a 20 bag from where they were.... the value to us is an additional 0.2p ... long way to go for them to get to a dollar though, proving up the resource, funding, building etc lots of money & years & there's no saying we wouldn't cash in on the increase before it got there.... but even at $2 per MMS share its only worth 0.4p for us with our SCAP as it is ... if our placing goes through along with all the other potential share issues in the pipeline the value to us will reduce accordingly.

Fantastic 'potential' deal for MMS subject to the proving up the resource & the viability of developing it (which one would expect to be a given) but let's be realistic about what it could eventually do for them & in turn KDNC the way things stand & the way they could be.

We hold 10% of MMS shares NOT the asset ... every 5c increase or decrease in MMS share price is currently worth circa 0.01p +/- on our SP ... so you could argue that the .3+ rise after the announcement was just a tad overdone... helped along by the bunch of clowns singing about how we had 10% of $4bn

& on another point I'm not sure they even authority for a 'working capital' placement the GM recently permitted for the issuance of shares under the open offer, the issuance of shares to Lind in respect of the Funding arrangement & £200k nominal value (= 1bn shares) for a potential purchase ... the other two were disapplications as I recall...

I guess under resolution one they had authority to issue an additional £15,477 at nominal which even if issued at the nominal would be 77M shares but not sure that would make up the shortfall from Open offer so if they want (or need) to do a placing for more than that they may need to come back to shareholders for additional authority....

Hi guys... IF there is a placement announced personally I don't see the point or need for a consolidation prior & don't think there would be one ... what would be the point - as a percentage the dilution would be exactly the same regardless & 2 or 3bn shares for an AIM co is nothing so why bother?

Indeed & as mentioned last night it is evident that any funding would benefit their 100% licences prior to any additional licences where they hold 70% which will be developed later ... a fact that appears to be missing or overlooked in our own RNS which could be read as being simultaneous & of immediate benefit to both Co's

Yes - best of luck Bidnolid.... posters with a piece of mind is what we seem to be getting flooded with at the moment but I wish you peace of mind & if Sonora gets sold I hope you don't regret your departure at the current price but also kinda do - how ironic huh!! LoL :-)
