Extract from Lind CLN announcement 6th Nov 2018:

The net proceeds of the US$750,000 Initial Loan will be used by the Company for:
purchase of a second loader to load the pre-screen plant and coal delivery trucks;
purchase of a second excavator to open up the new mining area to the north of the current excavations;
the provision of further on-site trucks;
site lighting to allow 24 hour per day operation.
"We are pleased to have secured this funding which will allow us to expand our coal production activities and take further advantage of the demand for our coal that we are currently experiencing.

So having said they expected the company to become cash flow positive in 2017 & that the proceeds from the initial $750k with Lind would be used for equipment to open up the north pit .... they are now running on fumes & placing again to open up the north pit which both of which they'd placed & raised for to negate & achieve already.... & they bemoan that the open offer (poorly put together & presented) failed miserably ... absolute bunch of incompetents is what they look like to me .... although I don't think that much is really thought otherwise regardless of people's views here....

Considering what the subject matter 'really' means... it is perhaps that the 'nail' in nailbiter is a bit too specific ....

.... or perhaps ETR is really scared of men in a fearsome well respected army uniform .... I was when I was a kid... I called him Dad or got clouted!!

Indeed.... not happening at the moment but another factor in reporting 'colours' can be the delay between transaction & reporting ... & you're correct the bid ask could be a lot closer than it is shown to be ....

No not really ..... it excited the Aussie investors so much there was a 5% drop in their share price to AU$00.054.... how much did we pay for our shares.... still not as big a loss as we made on selling BCN down to nowt & it is still only a 'paper loss' at the moment....

Now where's Eric & MB ... you wouldn't want to back in blindfold into their conversations....oops!

Yes OK but how does that work then...... at £.0001it takes 13,258,508,400 shares to get to that value - the RNS states just over 9bn in issue after that issuance so where has the remainder come from to make up over £400k of capital?

Jesus..... I hope they've got more in the bank than that after selling out BCN & taking huge losses there... otherwise there's gotta be questions answered about where all the money from selling off BCN on the cheap has gone to !!

Perhaps we're being punished for not supporting the OO placing at .12 ...
