....and people wonder why announcements like this have no impact on our SP .... it's because everyone knows that massive dilution follows shortly behind & means that the Sonora value will be hit yet again....

My take from the podcast is that (apart from the fact that Kiaran Minigas still sounds like a bumbling buffoon to me) the $6M buy in will be via dilutive equity placings (i.e. not for you & me but on the cheap for the usual 'Strategic investors') then the sales of the stockpiled reserves will essentially be used to pay for the refurbishment & reinstatement of the port/road infrastructure & mine workings... so more dilution at this pathetic SP at least for the first $2.5M & more dilution for the next $3.5M ... then any income will be recycled back into it to the extent necessary to get it back to operational in 2021 ..... hopefully we'll have sold the Sonora JV' s before then & I'll be gone ...

....it wasn't really hard to work out... there was nothing else visibly different... no punctuation/spaces etc & a ZERO (0) looks very different to a lower or even upper case 'O' (o)... the upper case i was for me the only likely/possible culprit but I'm certainly not & far from a tech wiz (in fact I'm pretty clueless tech wise) so just put it out there as a possible ....

I suspect someone has used a capital i as a lower case L but I could be wrong & you might be a victim of a malicious & vicious attack ..... TAKE COVER PROTECT YOURSELF ....

Hmmm there's a fair amount of Jam tomorrow here too ... much of it though a better prospect than in many other AIM companies in my opinion ...... however I've pinned my out on Sonora & have for many years hence my angst & frustration at whatever detracts from what was once I considered a great out rather than the mediocre out I now consider if to be due to the constant taking on of debt & dilution....... some of it with good intent & good potential future returns & some of it in ridiculous rainbow chasing & unnecessary debt ... but then that's probably just me ...

Entirely agree the SP is a directly related from the MCAP divided by the number of shares in issue .... when we took a 30% holding in Sonora JV2 to compliment Sonora JV1 we had 5.5bn shares in issue & we're now looking at a fully diluted position of what say 13bn for the sake of a number after taking the Oz & Brazil deals to completion

So if we sold JV1 to GFL now for say (an optimistic ?) £100M that relates today to a value of 0.76 per share as opposed to 1.8p @ 5.5bn - that's the impact so far on one of our assets from the debt & 'potential' asset based dilution

They are focussed on a single attractive deposit....

They have just over 200M shares in issue we have over 9 Billion with billions more in the pipeline.

Mostly though in my opinion they have got the stench of the Narcissistic Lenigas in their history.
