Mrs B ... my guess is that BCN now consider their partners to be those that are funding the plant & project which isn't us ... I'm hoping & now expecting us to be bought out within a year or so ... hopefully sooner ... but then my reasons for that are well known.....

...... my own thoughts...... once upon a time yes when Lenigas was running rings around COE & Co ..... but now.... no not at all in my opinion .... since Secker came on board & unmasked Lenigas for the snake he is, upsetting his 'chess game' & the Minigases took it upon themselves (maybe with some guidance from Mastergas maybe not) to right royally hack them off at every turn & with their actions, my opinion is that we're a nasty thorn in their side & an itch they'd like to get rid of as cheaply and as quickly as possible....... my hope on that being that we're dug in deeper than a hungry tick that will take an expensive operation to remove.

How KM could stand up as CEO of the company after that almighty balls up of a takeover attempt & say he didn't know anything about it appalls me ......if I was CEO of a company & that had happened without my knowledge heads would have rolled ........ but Minigases rule eh .....BANANAS !!

Thanks MrsB - I enjoyed reading that....punchy little article with lots of content .....doubt we'll see any direct benefit but that's a big statement on the potential risk of investing in fossil fuels .... :-)

Still his Minigases are doing well for us in his stead eh ...

For me..... that article & the many like it says more about Germany's reliance on fossil fuels for their energy & their need to switch more to renewables than anything else......

My own hope would be by selling our Sonora JV' s to someone preferably GF for between £80M & £120M.... don't care about the rest as I'll be out of this Minigas mire.

We sold many many more at under 70p & a significant number between 20p & 30p......

Counters & indicators are all working on the new LSE site ... there was a note the other day about transferring over ...maybe they've started turning various functions off to prompt transfer.....just a thought.....

Not sure why we went to the expense (unless we had to) of announcing BCN's Zinnwald news here they're SP has next to nothing now on us with our minimal holding & Zinnwald itself has exactly nothing to do with us.

As you know they had to sell something down to address the mess they got us into with debt with that farcical & unnecessarily large (in my opinion) CLN agreement, that coupled with the sentiment they've created with their antics & performances.

I should add that's only with the current SCAP - at the rate the minigases are diluting us it could be a lot less this time next year ....hmmmm !!

D21 .... indeed & 1p will do ... one of the 'freshers' had mentioned 2p as a near term target & the only way I can see that happening anytime soon is by selling the Sonora JV's .... & of course I might be wrong in that it's just my opinion...... & whilst a penny would see the back of me I'd happily accept two :-)

@KLUCK17 .... personal view only but at this time somewhere between £80 & £120M. That of itself doesn't equate to 2p a share due to the constant dilution ... but sentiment & the herd will push it there in my opinion & like a greased cat in a dog pound I'll be outta here to many a cheer from others I'm sure :-)

I see we have a couple of Oilbell's kin joined the forum..... all LTH's not UBER positive who understands the history & BoD's performance is a whinger (or hinger!) & anyone who sells is feeding the MM's & a big buyer is in the background .... dreamers,10% traders or paid? ... take your pick .... but be wary of listening to the songs of sixpence.
