I think the 'debt project' referred to is the $49M assigned to the New Co & would imagine there is a repayment schedule within the documents submitted to the JR authorities for consideration as part of the approval process..... I can see it being a while before any 'income' is actually taken out & placed into the partners bank accounts.

...not sure why you think we've increased our holding Mrs B it was over 15% per below RNS 2018 & was 10% in Jan 19 .... I also think we were previously higher but dilution has reduced our holdings...

Indeed MrsB ...I'm hoping that an interested party will view this as good evidence/support for the potential value of the JV areas that don't form part of the current mine plan ....I can almost feel the day approaching that the sale of the JV's is announced to set me free..... call me a cynic but 'IF' it does happen I wouldn't be surprised to learn the Minigases didn't think (or know) so too hence why they piled in on this last placing.....

Ivy..... do you really think the parties who took part in the placing @ .11 are now selling @ below the price they paid for them ....... although I guess we are talking about the Minigases who've got form for doing just that !!! PMSL :-))

Ah ... my view MB, for what it's worth, is that this Lenigas tutored, self centered & self serving board have mismanaged/driven (intentionally or through ineptitude & I've yet to decide which I personally feel this is!!) this share into the ground to the point that the only way is up & lined a purse they can make a wedge from with their pals in Oz, imagine what would happen to our SP if we suddenly announced a sale of the JV's at a realistic value & then what it would mean to/ make our board members & our new friends with the (so far) failed Argentinian assets but the oh so handy replacement OZ assets which accommodates even greater dilution than was originally envisaged ......this to the significant cost of those that bought in over 1p a a share & to the exclusion of longer term holders (e.g. Me) who might have expected a better return than they will ever get currently.

It all seems to me like a poorly written but oh so obvious film plot.... forgive me if this doesn't make much sense but it's been wine (red) o'clock since about 4 pm Monday (yesterday I guess that is now!!) & a lot of the great red river has passed through epiglotis gorge to a potential future of headache city... not experienced one so far, hence no brakes, but I understand they're not nice!!

Oh if only Mrs B ... but alas I think not... the page is titled 'Key' investments so I think Argentina isn't mentioned cos it's a dog's dinner.... Greenland isn't mentioned either because they have no existing plans to do anything with it & Megalit isn't mentioned because it hasn't been drilled sufficiently & it'll be a lot of years yet before they'll need to tap into it......... plus if it was to be Ganfeng who was the buyer why would they buy Megalit but not the JV that's about to be partially developed.... unfortunately for me & anyone who doesn't like what/how or when I say stuff I think they've just included what they currently consider key.... I really hope you're right & I'm wrong though.... :-)

LoL Frankie..... technically you don't own anything of Mac Mins by owning 1% of KDNC & what their share price does means nothing to us PI's unless it's also reflected in our own SP.

....but I suspect you know that so to answer the mathematical question you pose 1 would have an interest in Mac Mins equal to 1% of the 10% held in the company you do own or put another way 100th of 10% or 0.1%.... that's what I make it anyway.....

As outraged as me .... doubt it ... but OK ... I guess it's all moot as are all our posts really & whatever we say or feel won't make any difference to how they perform or what they do - Idiots though?? ..... too generous by far in my opinion I think they know exactly what they're doing, for whom they're doing & who ultimately will benefit most & it's unlikely to be you & I whilst they keep taking our money in salaries they far from deserve in my opinion.

They can't lose whatever happens we keep paying them, they buy cheap shares with the money we pay them & at the same time they dilute us further.... with all the 'good news' you keep referring to which has benefited nowt because of, time frames, delays & the debt, funding & dilution to finance them & we PI's who've financed it to this point don't get the opportunity to put our hand in the cookie jar with ... they're a bunch of Lenilike shysterz & they'll get no credit from me because of what they did years ago that has brought us to this s.h.I.t pit we're in now... nothing said of these boards will influence the SP it's the sentiment these clowns have created, the potential debt & dilution & the risk the market perceives there is in investing in it.

I can say what I like & will stay as long as I feel there's still a potential upside regardless of what I feel this Mickey mouse BoD have done so far to it -.... how long before they've managed & manipulated this 2bn share company I invested in into a 20bn share company whilst taking a salary & making hay for their 'city pals' to our exclusion.... I'd fleece them the f..k right up back if I ever had the opportunity.

Jesus it gets worse year by year.... the world & his uncle knew funding was needed so why not offer the chance to participate to those that have seen their investment so hammered by their incompetence to date.... no instead they stitch up a behind doors placing between their mates & themselves which was so secret there were some sizeable dumps yesterday amid a price drop almost to the placing along with the need talked about on the board (someone in the know if you ask me!!) you could have laid money on this announcement this morning... makes me so effing angry if I ever get face to face to these f...ers I'm not sure I'd be able to control my reactions.

All we need now is to see Kiran stammering through another pre-arranged cosy interview about how fantastic a deal it is & what an opportunity we've got ... get the t0sser back on a call so he can stumble through shareholder questions ... I notice that all stopped since the last 2 catastrophic abortions of calls he took part in.....

I am so outraged its untrue ... they'll be others spouting how great it is now this is out of the way & what a great opportunity it is to get in at these levels & to be fair it's probably not a bad gamble .... they must be confident of obtaining the approvals required to proceed otherwise I suspect they wouldn't have participated & locked us out of any potential upside...they have been taught well I & I so hate them for it.

I have a little but not much time & less than a reasonable number of grey cells to ad contribution, but I think you're NON- listed assets should be broken down further in respect to potential & impact:

The JV(s) could be sold anytime (fingers crossed & hoping) if that happens for anything that might be considered a truly reflective value this could blow us out of orbit - happy days for many as no more me to constantly dig & jibe at our so called board for what they have (& haven't) done & delivered over the years.

Then there are the rest all of which could create potentially significant debt &/or dilution (unless a prior JV sale pays for it) on the 'hope' of recovering existing or generating sufficient cause for creating new mining opportunities.

If the latter comes before the former there's potentially more pain (& perhaps significant) to come .... of course with the Minigas track record so far that's also assuming they have finished us off with debt & dilution before a sale of a JV (or 2) sees the back of me. :-)
