Not sure that you can accurately (or anywhere near close) calculate the value of our 30% holdings of Megalit & Mexalit... based on Ganfengs buying 22.5% of the SLPP which currently comprises entirely LV for the first 7/8 years & then mainly LV & a small portion of our 30% of JV1 thereafter.... Megalit & Mexalit have only partially been tested & are a little different in size.... My own thoughts as to the eventual value (if/when sold) for KDNC are very vey different... take your pick though if £10M works for you that's fine... Doesn't work for me though at all....

I agree the BoD have invested heavily because they feel positive about the prospects from here.... Shame they manipulated, manoeuvred & drove the share price down from +2p back to where it was in 2012/13 before they chose to do so ... intentional or ineptitude take your pick, personally I think both ... you called the £25k a buy & it may well have been ... I just pointed out that it meant a poor day ... oh look we finished red.

And I am positive ... when they sell the Sonora JV's for their true value it'll kick this into the SKY...... just not as high as it might've done without all the debt & dilution this mob have a taken on, for the most part unnecessarily as far as I'm concerned but strangely it has provided them with huge salaries whilst they've driven it to a point where they now feel it less risky & OK to pile in themselves at everyone else's cost... not so much mine I might add as I bought a bucket load at .0004 in 2013 when there were significantly less than 3 bn shares in issue.. but hey ho ... shoulda sold at 2p ... you learn & now accept that 1p is about as much as I expect after all the dilution ..... where are we now share wise & with how much more dilution in the pipeline ... bunch of (insert any 5 letters) as far as I'm concerned that have watered down but not yet destroyed what I'd hoped for.

.....of course it was then .... be nice if some of these 'nice buys' were at or over the ask instead of at or under the bid (regardless of how they move them around to suit their purposes) though eh... if it was a buy at that price it says to me demand is weak & we're due a further drop & I dread to think what a sizeable sell would do ....

....to be fair BCN's share price itself means little to us these days as we hold so little direct interest in them having sold huge chunks (including those we bought at a pound a pop for down to 20p ish) ... a just shy of 20% holding down to less than 2% per last reckoning...

No of course not - can't you tell, I've just been posting here for years & years to make sure the share price keeps dropping whilst telling everyone I'm waiting for it to get back to a penny so I can sell up!!

Of course I'm a shareholder, doesn't mean I have to sing a song of sixpence & heap praise on a poor performing BoD & share every time one of the companies we hold an interest in announces something positive, especially depending on events & circumstances leading up to it ...if I wasn't a shareholder (& believe me I wish I'd sold at a penny years ago) I wouldn't be posting here at all & whilst that might please some (yourself no doubt included) I'm not going to stop until it hits a penny & I sell or the current BoD drives us into the ground through the debt & dilution they're so fond of ... you let me know if there's anything I've posted that can be proven to be inaccurate, misleading or incorrect & I'll happily review it & correct it if I feel it appropriate ... until then if you don't like what I type don't read what I post or filter me ... up to you .. it matters not to me.

Yep Mrs B .... 19% at this moment however prior to our dilution at the hands of CEZ's shares issued on conversion assuming that happens (~ 10M shares for the current €2M loan which is hardly enough for full funding) then further funding & increased holding so what we 'might be' at some future Point in terms of % holding could be anyone's guess (mine is less than 10%).... although it's their SP that really matters for us ...as diluted as that might be now depending on how much of the real full funding is done by equity (actual or potential) rather than debt... up a whole 5% in Oz overnight let's hope for a better response for them on AIM today eh!!

Also niggles that this is so soon after the Minigases & their buddy buddy lenders took out huge chunks (actual & potential) in KDNC at our further dilution & cost.....I wonder if they were they expecting a rise here on the back of it.... oh but then again I expect Kiran didn't know anything about this either eh ( like he wasn't informed about the BCN takeover offer).

Phew.... is that yesterday's Diapers I can smell from the office at Jermyn street... funny how a strong smell can carry so far on the wind ... just my opinions though obviously ... EMH blue KDNC red at time of writing... how unusual ...must be something to do with the BoD & their performance & actions eh!!
