They should get the best price they can at the time ... I only used 10% as an indicative discount .... could be more could less......

If the resolution is passed on the waiving of pre-emptive rights we (PI's) will likely be locked out

...I would say that I reckon they'll place almost immediately at a much lower price to get the $3.5M they'll need for Amapa first...

Re your comment on nominal yes I did say that ....i.e the nominal value now is 0.01p but post 100/1 consolidation it will be 1p & the authority being sought will allow them to issue shares equivalent to 50% (ish) of the company as it is today......however that has no bearing on the amount of money they would receive from a placing as the placing would be based (at a discount!!) based on the SP at the time as it always has (our nominal now is 0.01 last raise was at .11

So if our SP is 50p at the next raise (equivalent to .5 today so hopeful perhaps) they might raise at 45p (10% discount) which would mean receiving funds of around £22.5M if the whole lot was issued in one go ....

My math so check it out for yourself too....

...the Amapa progress (JRP) has brought Obs back posting voraciously with his calculator of many characters displaying a plethora of super values for us based on what's been RNS'd at face value ...not only that but he's changed his view back to strong buy ...what can go wrong now - has that ever happened before !!! LoL

...and NEWS appears to have switched from posting almost single handedly to himself on KDNC.PL to here ... is that not also a good sign :-)

...ah but it's not as if they bought them because they liked what AOU had MrsB ... they were issued to them as consideration shares for the purchase from them of the St Niklass concessions....

Hmmm perhaps they'd have been better off not following Gobbygas around in his trail of destruction & dilution ... like a novice PI they've looked at considered companies & thrown money into them in the same way as you or I would do, just in greater amounts but without any greater success so far .... massive loss on BCN direct holding due to taking out an unnecessarily large loan from a dodgy lender ...losses currently pretty much across the board on other direct holdings...

Maybe Amapa will be a good investment ...it needs to be .... we should hopefully know within the next year or so once they get into the work to reinstate & find out whether what they've earmarked for reinstatement & rejuvenation will he sufficient.

Again though just my thinking....
