Degsie....experience tells me directors say what they want you to hear & best suits their purposes...all desires, wishes & hopes but it doesn't matter how they raise funds it will cost us.

I'd really be interested to know how much of our current debt & SP can be put down to the ridiculous $15M loan from how many years ago they agreed to & many went on singing positively from the outset of that how fabulous it was & set us on the path to riches (I was almost (if not) alone in saying it was potentially otherwise) .....we're still saddled elements of that which has gotten more costly in time & caused dilution........ debts have to be paid & are often linked to actual or potential share issues regardless.

I'll take my cue's from RNS's these Lenigas trained mates & buddies wouldn't talk straight to your face with a lance up their ar**s if you ask me.

Maybe your missing the fact the WHI research notes on REM/KDNC have consistently reduced in their 'projected' valuation over the years & also consistently failed to get anywhere near them in any event..... perhaps they don't want to risk missing the mark quite as publicly as they have previously.

Or....... well ....you can live in hope that we just might 'RECOVER' to the equivalent of .44 pre consolidation (44p) oh dear..... whatever happened to the previous 'projected' values published by WHI in research notes.....perhaps the BoD' s performance have also stumped & let down WHI by failing to deliver value - can't be too good for their reputation surely.....

Ah well.....

Maybe not...... perhaps the only way the NEX Platform could handle the consolidation was to shut down entirely the share on their platform at the pre-consolidation price & start a new one at the consolidated price ..... the ID's are different & transactions on one aren't shown on the other......

Re WHI report of course I hope this turns out to be accurate & eventually achieved ... however as I said their valuations have come & gone in the past ... I wonder is that 44p for Amapa alone & can be 'added' as a top up to their previous 'much higher' valuations or is it 44p full stop & their previous valuations have been trashed & now considered wildly inaccurate, flawed or simply failed to be realised by the company's BoD?

No need for apologies & certainly not from you Mrs B ... I was just trying to clarify whether something had been said/promised by the BoD on the potential circumstances/position around when the next placing will be .... given that it is my current intention to buy when & if the SP falls in line with it.

Mrs B ... all that's good & I appreciate your view & thinking but it doesn't mean it's a fact that more news (raising the share price) will arrive before a placing .... time will tell I guess ....

Not a sell & won't be whilst we have the JV's in hand AND also in my view their potential benefit significantly outweighs the decisions & actions so far (insert failures) of this BoD.

But in one thing you are right I am considering buying more but not until after the next placing which I believe will come before news that 'might' significantly lift the SP .... if and is for me an IF this turns out to be more than the captured Squonks we've previously had RNS'd .... if I miss a significant rise I've got enough as it stands.

As for the WHI report I've seen them come & go for us before without getting anywhere near the what would now be fantastic SP's they've indicated - don't work for them do you? So whilst I will look at it I won't be taking any action on the back of it.

Just pointing out that the BoD should come over as excited & singing about the potential of Amapa (as they have for every other failed, stalled, stuck & costly agreement & deal they've put pen to so far) if they didn't what would that say!!!

Nothings a done deal until it's a done deal & Amapa has some way to go yet to prove its value rather than just its cost & risk.

Good heavens .... I sincerely hope as do we all I think that Amapa turns out to be the value maker & pivoting point for us whilst we wait for JV sale or exploitation but this constant surprise & lauding of the BoD's positivity over it puzzles me personally.

Do you really expect them to do otherwise? We're they not positive about Greenland, Leogang, San Luis etc etc ...... they're trying to sell it along with their supposed collective genius for it, the value remains to be seen & as for their abilities...... well my views on that are well enough known.

Surprised Obs hasn't sung a song of sixpence about what a timely & great move with value creation by the BoD that'll be ... that's if it comes off of course....you never know with this BoD with their oh so many costly, stalled, failed deals, other projects & ventures to date you never know huh they may just do a discounted placing to renew it instead!!

Re Sonora ... no production agreement & the 'expected' CAPEX taken by toll.... so much for all the supposed guff about us 'needing' to block BCN's redom & the need to borrow all that money partially to enable us to do so only to sell again at a huge & significant loss whilst were still suffering from the fallout they caused along with it... just shows & reinforces the calibre of these useless Minigas monkeys in my view.... I'll just keep hoping GFL have bigger & better plans for Sonora.

I'm expecting a discounted placing for Amapa soon just to rub it in .... hope this doesn't turn out to be as spectacular a failure as their record so far displays.

Never saw the sense of being on it in the first place personally..... maybe there's just not enough shares to go round....... until they've diluted the crap out of us again LoL...... maybe temporary whilst the consolidation occurs......
