....I haven't checked or researched it TC but wouldn't it be that we just realised the losses by selling BCN to less than 1% so what we have left is now showing a small profit .....well at the date in question at least as I'm not sure it'd currently still be so

.....a while back Frankie called me blunt, which I'm pretty sure wasn't meant as a compliment, made me smile at the time whilst thinking 'well I won't ever be apologising for that at least'....made me smile again tonight when I remembered it & thought it hasn't changed any :-)

....taken as intended .... you call it an old chestnut if you like it makes no difference to me....... the personnel haven't changed, it said a lot to me at the time & it stays saying a lot to me about them now I measure people & potential from past actions & performance - irrespective of what might be I won't forget what is or was....they've got a lot of history to make up for & prove at this time in my book.

Reconciling AF's 'stated' position at the AGM v KM's consistently stated views on consolidation is like trying to believe we made a buyout offer of BCN that the CEO knew nothing about & then we suffered the consequences..... in fact if anything it reinforces my opinion that a fund raise is already planned based on it......

Well we agree on one thing that there's going to be a fund raise .... I think sooner at this level (discounted) you think later at what you presumably are also thinking/hoping will be a higher SP ...... one of us 'MIGHT' be right ....... you've placed (are placing) your bets from what I can make out/read from what you've 'posted' (but we know what faith I put in that!!)... I'm waiting as I think it'll drop a bit more for or on the next fund raise .... but then I'm just another anonymous poster so how credible is that !!!

Gotta say your record to date doesn't inspire me much but let's hope you're proven correct this time as to the value of Amapa to PI's ..... if not when the next placing will be as well huh like you I don't mind admitting it if I get things wrong :-)

Personally I'd go with your perhaps it's a load of codswallop....

I hold & may buy more after the next placing which I believe will come before any uplift in the SP, they've already said the reason for the consolidation was that 'potential investors' (mates & partners if you like!!?!) felt it would be more attractive after consolidation... & if they want in they're going to want in as cheap as possible whilst we're also locked out of it ..... my opinion is the next funding/placing/CLN is already agreed & In place with us moving down (manipulated) to what is considered a 'reasonable' discount from the closing price on ddmm for it to be quickly announced....then everyone on here will sing about it was obviously coming & the only way is up from here yayayayay ... whilst still nursng significant losses .... the 'new & existing sophisticated Investors'will make their 30/40% whilst most here will still be hugely underwater...

Make of that what you will whilst singing your songs of sixpence & trying to play pied piper....

Dallas is right in my view the price trend/action tells you more about what's happening than anything said or printed & it's currently downward .... because it may well be what's not said & printed in public that's more important often than what is....

....I repeat my post on my not putting any faith or trust on 'anything' posted on these boards good, bad or indifferent & I don't believe anything the BoD say & take what they print at face value & then look for what they might my be saying or printing....

....indeed & how much has changed eh .... from the WHI indicated target 2&1/2 years ago on the assets at the time we're now at the equivalent of 0.0775 on the bid & we sold off cheap or let the biggest assets go... so much for research notes huh... round of applause for the decisions of the Minigas BoD please .....

......depends who commissions and pays for it Frankie as it 'belongs' to them.

For instance our Minigases might have 'commissioned & paid' WHI to produce it specifically to share with 'select' person(s) to support a request for a debt or equity raise but they don't want us PI's to have access to it just in case we all flood in & buy on the back of it pushing the SP up & making it less attractive to the very people they wanted to (help on the cheap - my thoughts) get on board to make money.

Cynic moi possibly - but trust this BoD to be open & honest - that ain't gonna happen.

The first indicates why they may not be made public & the second a cautionary note regarding the content of them, being potentially a sales tool they could be used to support /promote potential value to 'existing & New sophisticated' investors (or friends & family in my opinion) to take part in a placing that you & I are locked out of.....however it is still only 'potential' & Could turn to smoke & mirrors as all previous WHI notes seem to have...
