The UK (under a no deal scenario) will effectively operate unilateral free trade entry over most goods ... except foods, vehicles & a small selection of 'others' with 87% of MR B imports being ZERO rated:

Although in many instances customs/processing fees are likely to outweigh much of the duty savings & perhaps significantly on small imports.

The GSP (Generalised System of Preference) covers poorer developing countries & is a system that is designed to 'improve' their economies with GSP+ being specifically designed for LDDC's (Least Developed Developing Countries) they are not specific to any FTA (Free Trade Agreement) are already available for the EU today & will be for the UK under continuity arrangements if/as/when the UK leaves the EU ..... they will not however make up for anywhere near the volume of trade between the UK/EU they're developing countries for a reason....

.....hmmmm indeed still some hurdles & potential unknowns to address & possibly overcome.... I wouldn't expect to undertake a major renovation project & for it to be exactly (as easy or I hope it might be) on the surface or at first glance... nice if it is but I wouldn't expect it.

...although it hasn't happened yet & as I expected I still reckon a placing may come before more Amapa news ... especially if they're really confident in Amapa let them in cheap before an expected / hoped for rise .... that's why I'm waiting...

Do you not think that if 'all the lights are Green' on Amapa we shouldn't be able to find a better way to finance it than selling valuable assets on the cheap & nasty or in fact once the 'lights are all green' sell it or JV it for a good profit to a proper well established real mining company ... rather than letting our particular class of Lenigas potentially screw it up for us?

I assume that's supposed to be some sort of wind up line @Obs ... so having paid £1 each for 4.5M shares we sold at for circa 30p each losing about £3M .... you're also advocating a reasonable sale of the JV's that we ploughed millions of dollars in through debt & dilution for drilling & proving is worth peanuts as a return ......but you'd be OK with that because of bluddy Amapa ... when they announced that farcical 2.18p target which some dreamers thought because they'd said it meant it was realistic & going to happen instead of seeing it for the misleading bull it was from the outset by the Minigas crew to keep PI's quiet for a while..... anyway I seem to recall ( in one of his um er um er bumbling interviews or webinars) Kiran indicated a value himself to KDNC in the hundreds of millions for the Sonora JV's & about the same in AUD for the Yangi JV's but somehow accepting £7M is OK!!!!

I for one would be extremely unhappy, so much so I'd change my plans hold onto my shares after the Sonora JV was sold & demonstrate how 'disappointed' I was by attending next year's AGM wherever it was, or the time or day of the week & telling them personally.

Hmmmm .... does it not make a difference that you're basing your calcs on what GFL have bought in for, which from BCN's perspective is a cheap entry for GFL but they bring potentially a lot to the table.... my calc was based on NPV as published currently (with the small part of JV1 in it) .....providing our Minigases don't sink us first we can just wait..... not sure about anyone else but I still think $150-200M to buy us out of the JV's completely makes sense for all concerned .....

...... so by my calls based on an NPV of $1.25B ..... IF (& it isn't we all know) the feedstock was being taken equally from all of the concessions included in the current mine plan from day one 30% of the 12% from Sauz El Fleur as a value of the NPV would be $45M (30% of the 12%).

Now we know feed from the JV area is not planned for years so nothing for KDNC for years yet either .... but throw Ganfeng in the pot, their Lithium plans the fact that our 30% of the 12% represents a fraction of the JV drilled out resource I don't know about anyone else but I reckon $150M to $200M for our JV's is fair & reasonable with the bonus of getting rid of me :-))

Additionally of course there's on going R&D that will further improve the current range & charging times .... some EV's are becoming very competitive now when you consider the day/day economies over driving ICE vehicles.
