Impossible for us to know Bluegrass but that occurred to me. Some may say that our New investors have got cold feet so to be honest it could be a multitude of reasons, legal, regulatory we just don't know so sit tight I say and wait for the news as trading it is far too risky at the moment in my opinion.

Guys - AIM as you know is a minefield and not for the faint hearted. I invest 10% of my portfolio in AIM searching for target 20% +'returns per annum which is possible and more. However, there are always going to be big hits along the way and I have had my fair share of these! But, companies like this will in time produce an asset that is and will be sought after as environmental pressures ramp up and traditional energy resource pressures continue. It has a superb resource within a supported regime in Mexico. It is developing another highly attractive resource in Europe. So, well placed to prosper. I am excited by BCN more than with most miners but as always patience is required to ride the bumps along the way. Good luck all.

Dilution is an accepted market norm. Shareholders react badly when shares are issued which dilute when there is concern about the purpose of the fund raise. For example many small miners constantly raise cash to fund working capital and to pay the salaries of management. That can be negative as many on here will appreciate. New shares issued to strategic investors is almost always considered a good thing so assuming that we hear about the successful completion of the transaction on the existing terms or indeed on improved terms I feel that the market reaction will be positive. We are waiting for a update but some traders sold out early Feb as they don't have the patience to wait for the news. If the placing did not go ahead and the dilution did not happen, would the price go up? Of course it would not, the naysayers can't have it both ways!

10% market correction = 10% reduction here is logical however unpalatable. Markets go up gradually and come down sharply. I don't mind as I am able to buy those shares I missed the opportunity to buy, at December prices. I don't look at my portfolio when the markets are like this I look at the potential entry points which helps to avoid negative sentiment.

The placing was announced mid-Dec at 94p. By 7th Jan the share price was 150p. We have had a global market correction since then. Hope that helps you.

I should have made clear that the market makers take it down to attempt to create the volume activity which Is of course how how they make their living. Do nothing is a good tactic if you are an investor and the price will return on no selling!!

As soon as I read this it was pretty clear that this would be a down day given reference to significant fundraising. Yes, we all know that the company requires to raise funds but the short term traders are off to the next opportunity.

JLP's broker spoke to Leon today who says that the Zambian Ministry are engaging positively and he is confident with a meeting next week. Looking better after a wobbly 24 hours!

Yes indeed. A double benefit ensuring that the accounts are spot on this time around and going forward and that we have a strong NED for when we re-list. There is no-way in my view this lady would have been hired and indeed would have accepted the role if the plan was other than to continue as a going concern with cash in the Bank and better propspects than for many a year. They would have made her an insider and sold her the future plans.

Absolutely the correct question. Not sure what the answer is but I suspect it is a small number otherwise there would be more 'noise' across AIM. So, it could well be the case that there are behind the scenes discussions which may not be 'form' in developed countries, but this is Africa. As a shareholder in BMR from the old days with share certs which I regularly use to light my fire, I invested here as I am pretty confident about the asset value in Kabwe but not about the ability of inept management at BMR to exploit. This is not an ideal situation however so I hope that Bird and Coetzer know what they are doing, find a solution quickly to formalise the licences at Kabwe and get on with setting up the plant.

Any thoughts on this trade? Around that time you could sell �3k at 2.80p so you would not have been able to sell over 8 times that amount at a higher price i.e. 2.90p. It wasn't me but looks like a buy to me if the details of the trade are correct.

Was the letter of termination from Zambian mining authority disclosed in the data room? Was the appeal request and correspondence disclosed in the data room? If not, what does this mean for the JV? If so, what action. If any, did you take to manage this transaction risk and avoid clear embarrassment for you and the Board?

Hi Peakview. LSE has been in a real state today and blame feeds from the market this time although they have struggled with reliablity which is not good especially on days like this. The drop here I think is partly due to a rebalancing of portfolios and taking some risk off and of course the market makers run scared and it is easy for them just to drop bid and ask depending on their own book position. Assuming Wall St settles this evening without a big drop we should start to re-build in our markets. I think that the algorithm traders will have revised their stops so as to avoid another flash crash coming up to close in US.

Toscafund will know that when they are ready to announce they have all ducks in a row so as to ensure that it will be well received. I suspect that there will be at least a couple of updates to 'prep' the market in advance for what is about to land. We have been patient but they need to get a move on and deliver some cheer which is needed in these markets.

Not sure why you would even contemplate selling this at the current price unless of course you need to cash for margin calls etc. I added another �20k's worth today in the 170's and have no doubt I will sell these shares at some point over 225 before the summer so these wild swings on no change to business fundamentals is ideal from where I sit and these are the perfect markets to buy on the sharp dips IMO.

Simon Cockwell has announced a short at 100p today. Given his history, I really do want this to recover over coming weeks so he feels some pain. Impossible to know these days with the markets running scared but in a few days the bounce will come and we will forget this blip.

Have you seen the market today and the drop in the FTSE over the last 2 weeks? Typical panic selling which market makers love so they drop and buy cheap shares to sell them back higher when the market settles down. nice work so I usually buy when nothing has changed.

I do agree that there have been unusually wild swings with this share of late which is difficult to rationalise. Sure we have a screen of red today and over the last week and market makers take prices down to encourage volume whilst some sell in fear of further drops. I have decided to buy more here under 200p as it will return quicklt to 215p-220p quite quicklt when the markets settle again. Economic fundamentals are still strong everywhere in relative terms so this is a short term blip taking froth off the top in my view.

London is a the best financial centre bar none but its weakness is poor regulatory enforcement. I support shorting too as an important function of price discovery but there are many individuals who are adept at starting Chinese whispers to start a reaction but they have made their money before it becomes apparent that the rumours are just that. It happens all the time but the level of sophistication is higher today. Will the FCA get to grips on it. I very much doubt it so we need to either steer clear or try and take advantage with the associated risks which is not easy.

Tough times here and with CPI. Future is in the hands of the Banks and the shorts I fear. New management team are doing as much as they can but with so much debt now relative to market cap, which is falling further, and with recent history of CLLN there are limited buyers around to soak up the sales form the shorts and those understandably fearful of losing all or heavy dilution, who exit. For the sake of employees as well as lth's I hope that this can form a floor.
