Yes no-one said that AIM was a straightforward market in which to invest. Prices are manipulated every single day, information is not always provided to the market when it should allowing some to get in early or out early leaving the majority to scramble for the crumbs. Regulation is almost non-existent allowing behaviours which would not be acceptable or accepted on the larger markets. Quality of Nomads and brokers is no better than average. Why do I invest here you may ask? Well, from time to time I will incur a big loss on an AIM portfolio of a dozen companies but I will also achieve big gains which more than compensate and I continue to believe that having bought in here 12 months ago, there is value but when it will be unlocked is anyone's guess!! Hang in there folks or go away for a few weeks and you never know, we may strike gas!!

A lot of patience is required here. Secker made a mistake in my view and must be extremely irritated with events these last few weeks. Perhaps his advice from Cannacord was poor, but as CEO he made a decision to proceed with the Placing with no price agreed which was risky, especially with negative sentiment in the market at that time. Yes, he may have been let down by some funds who indicated an appetite and yes it seems that naked shorts were at play but we all know that naked shorting is one of the many failings of this underegulated market. So, the forward selling appears to have pummelled the price making it even harder to raise funds at a decent price. Perhaps those shorts cannot be filled yet? I have a lot invested here and have the luxury of time. I remain hopeful that Secker will find a way to secure additional funding from strategic investors as part of offtakes. I agree that this will deliver for lth's but confess that I feel pretty frustrated at the moment. My hope is that shares will have to be bought in the open market to close these shorts which will allow some price recovery back to pre-aborted placing levels.

Jordan - my advice to you is spend a couple of days researching the sector and the company, read the regulatory notices and financial reports over the last year, brokers reports and news articles. When you have done that spend some time looking at the trade volumes, short positions and CV's of new management team. Having done that, look at the forward PE and take a view as to whether or not this is a recovery play or a value trap. Happy to answer any questions if you have gaps in your knowledge having done that. Good luck but I have been trading and investing for over 30 years and it is sometimes not that easy so worth putting in some hard graft as that will pay dividends even though IRV does not at the moment anyway.

Leon and Colin will be acutely aware that since joining forces with BMR the share price has taken a big hit. I am sure they are far from being comfortable with this position. It is time for them to step up to the plate and inform the market what they have negotiated out of this situation and to assuage any concerns that existing shareholders have over the time and financial investmnet which has been made in BMR. They have played a high risk game here and if it comes good and they have secured a deal with the help of the Zambian government and BMR to acquire the Enviro licence and fast track plant completion, we can look forward to a recovery in the share price over time. The time it takes for the price to recover is of course dependant upon the terms of any deal. Let's hope that the dynamic duo have played a blinder here and do not disappoint in the course of the next few days when we hear the outcome of deliberations. As to what is fair value here, nobody really has a clue.

Demps - why would you give up after less than 30 minutes. Give it 30 days and if it is still at this level, post update, then perhaps you will have more justification to throw the towel in but not sure this is the time as that is exactly what those who are short want you to do!! I am sure you get that, right?

Yes I saw that stupid comment that you cannot short AIM and immediately filtered that individual as it is clear he is so dim yet attempts to create the impression that he knows what he is doing! No credibility so I suggest he spares those who do not have him on filter from having to read any more of his mindless tripe.

Yes it does look too much of a coincidence to be anything other than a concerted attempt to talk down the company's prospects. No doubt this individual will report any challenge to his agenda so he can continue to bash away for his own sad agenda. I trade and invest daily with some success and you encounter people like this all the time. Best to ignore and not feed their negativity so no more from me on here but I will remain invested and in a few years time will consider selling when it hits my price target and most of the old model high street agents have disappeared. Look forward to that day!

Another 8 x 10k ALGO sales over an 18 second period yesterday. Anyone would have thought that someone wanted to get the price down without spending too much money couple with disruptive posters ( filtered months ago so only see replies) - funny that eh?

Well done Interserve. Perhaps this will be the beginning of a steady stream of official news from the company which will reaffirm that they are delivering on their strategic plan including re-building the trust of big clients which appears to be another example here. Keep them coming!

That's your answer as to who has been buying up to 40p. The buy order took a while but they got there in the end.

I cancelled my premium subscription some months ago including L2 as it seems that LSE management are struggling to keep on top of things. More ads to drive revenue is fine as the chat service is free but do not allow that to impinge upon the overall service. Technology is unreliable, as you say, a lot of the data is inaccurate so I always go to the company IR page to confirm dates for reports, divs etc and do not rely upon the data here. Individual trade data is a function of the rules within the market and should not be blamed on LSE although the data can still give a guide but big players and market makers can delay trades which suit them to do so hence we must believe in the potential and try and ignore the noise and obfuscation. As for IQE it will keep going up and down and the hedgies and day traders do their thing. Keep delivering what you are good at and investors will buy into the potential......or someone will just buy it!

Quel - odd trades I agree also the 30 or so ALGO trades in an hour or so on Friday am. looks to me as an attempt to force a drop but it didn't happen. Given the small free float and uncertainty of outcome here those not in want a lower entry point and given that the are few sellers someone wants to acquire cheaper shares somehow. In my view there is limited risk to the downside given the cash position which can only improve so just a case of, if you are a holder to sit on your hands until the big news comes. I am doing that.

Allianze - AB's reign of shareholder destruction is indeed coming to an end. For poor shareholders ( literally and metaphorically) who have lost heavily here including myself it has been a harsh lesson. With only days before our fate is known you may well cling onto some hope which I fully understand but even if a rabbit is pulled out of a hat ( PLAN ) I have absolutely no doubt that AB will not be part of it as most, even his biggest cheerleaders, would tend to agree at this stage that he would be a liability to any future entity given his woeful performance here. Who would commit new funds to allow the metals to be extracted from these piles with AB's continued involvement? The Zambian government will have their own deep concerns given failings to get things moving over many years and they want Kabwe to deliver after so many false dawns. I have no insight here as I have no desire to speak to AB (who tells shareholders nothing of value as that would be illegal if they acted on it) but remain convinced that JLP will control the licence without having ownership of BMR which will delist next week. Of course, I may well be wrong but have made mistakes here in believing what I read in RNS statements which I hope to have learned from!!

Bubbles - look closely at the size of the trades over the last 30 minutes, and which ones are Algo( A) and on market ( O) trades and as AENDJO says, don't read too much into it. Markets are manipulated day in day out, regulators have limited resources and can only investigate extremely large suspicious transactions usually when takeovers and mergers are in play. Smart hedge funds will play around with trades to suit their agenda but that is only a concern for short term movement. If you a trader looking for 5-10%, these swings may help or hinder your position. Longer term investors should disregard these changes as noise. What will influence the price in a much more significant way are official trading updates which hopefully will confirm that a £100m market cap is comical for the potential here as a recovery play. If Debbie and the team have executed on their plans so far this will rise over time in my view and I look forward to making some money here when it does.

No surprises to the downside.........

Very difficult to tell what will happen this week. Management have been focussed, quite rightly, on delivering what they have set out to the market. Minimal news means that the market has no idea if good progress has been made. If they confirm that the fit for growth programme is going well, contract renewals and wins at decent margins are happening and there are no surprises to the surprises then I will be content. Oh and some clarity on the FCA investigation to put that to bed or to make clear that it is unconnected with existing management action would be helpful! His is a recovery play still at the mercy of short funds who will keep pressure on until they can see that that long funds will see value and they will hopefully switch places!!

Jimmy - Seems that my posts pointing out the agenda of Sain have been removed! That means that someone reported them asking that they are removed as it does not help the individual with his agenda. LSE is being duped by those that attempt to dupe others!!

Rxdav - despite suggesting that you are inferring nothing negative by mentioning CLLN and VOD in the same sentence, and based on your self proclaimed caution, my thoughts are that a large cap high dividend payer is not right for you!!! Perhaps a post office savings account would enable you to sleep a little better at night. And, yes, you will respond appearing hurt by my harsh words but most who read your words will understand my response.
