Well we know that news is not particularly frequent on here so best to be patient which is essential on this stock like many other small caps. It will come perhaps not this week or next and some short term traders will get fed up and sell which is their prerogative but those waiting on potential bigger gains will sit on their hands and only hit the sell button when fair value is reflected in the price which is not right now IMO.

New member since 6th Feb all 4 posts on TCG negative therefore suspect multiple ID’s and yes, agreed a shorter or a troll working for bigger boys who are short. There is almost control over this yet on LSE. I have posts removed for criticising trolls all the time. Why is that I wonder! Just to be clear I have no problem with the act of shorting. Normal shorting to hedge a position where stock is borrowed is a bone fide strategy which can expose weakness in management, financials or improve liquidity etc. Naked shorting I do have an issue with as this allows some to profit ahead of placings which often kills small PI’s and happens a lot yet again the regulators do nothing or they try but fail. Most on here will have a problem with trolls who post old material or untruths to help their position which is immoral IMO.

I think many expected that RNS re LO from sales a few days ago so no surprises. I expect that they are done for now but on the next rise they may take more off the table but only they know that. Either way that should only be a concern for traders who will attempt to trade this all the way to P3 and good luck to them as it is often a good strategy and can deliver higher returns than buy and hold. All depends of course on the unexpected RNS that may or may not come along. Fact is this share will be a rollercoaster IMO based on high potential but no guarantees like many small cap Pharmas so need to stay focussed on the risk/reward ratio which looks pretty strong on the upside from where I am sitting.

There is no doubt that this is a good share for traders at the moment as the MM’s know that the price has been hammered down for reasons all understand hence will attract value investors and speculators alike. This coupled with the increasing stake building by Fosun and potential sale of the airline augurs well for MM’s but also for investors from these lowly levels. Not sure about some of the comments comparing Flybe or Flybmi or other failed airlines with a highly regarded and profitable one but some will always try and talk down the price to assist their own position however silly that makes them appear. I am optimistic for a strong rebound here over the next 6 months if our incompetent politicians finally do a deal and free us up from endless EU bureaucracy and worst still future economic woes which are about to start. Short Euro long FTSE is what I have my eye on at the moment.

Gents - I put my hands up as another frustrated investor with an average of £1 ( sometimes difficult for me accept) but can hang around for as long as it takes. I am not a fan of Secker as I have said before and invested on the strategic big picture lithium play and to be fair the proved up asset which I thought would put a floor on the price of 50p-75p but I was wrong! The disastrous fund raise proved that having a technician at the helm as a CEO can be an impediment as you cannot always just rely, as a CEO, on advisers and blame them if it goes Pete Tong - most quoted Chairmen will rapidly reminds you that, as CEO, you are accountable. That being said there were difficulties which made fund raising tough and these persist today. I am also circumspect about the company achieving the Q1 2019 deadline but would be very pleased to put my hand up and say I was wrong to be a doubting Thomas. I have no doubt that this is an ideal stock to punt pre-funding at these levels but communication is not Secker’s forte so limited new investors coming forward. So, I suspect that we will see a dilutive fund raise at lowly levels but frankly that would be fine with me as at least we could secure the subjective finance which is not yet assured and continue to build the mine. As to Zinnwald, this looks on paper as a potential IPO opportunity but Secker is hardly singing from the rooftops about this which baffles me somewhat. So, my worst investment on paper in almost 40 years trading/investing hence my rather downbeat tome but I console myself with my original investment thesis and hope that time will out.....

Still waiting in the wings here for progress on Kabwe and for BMR ( at least what’s left of it to offload all its shares). When both of these events happen and we are clear about the business case for Kabwe in particular funding requirements this will move but IMO not before then. Operational performance improvement won’t be reflected in the price due to the foregoing IMO. Holding tight pro team.

The MM’s god bless them have to make a crust by fiddling with bid/offer when newsflow is quiet so best to switch off until we hear anything of consequence. IMO II’s will be pretty irritated at the Board and JD is clearly trying hard to get back involved as he has learnt that he is better sticking to things that he knows something about rather than wasting time and money backing Remain..........! That was a lost cause but SDRY is very much worth his involvement again to refocus and re-energise as it has all gone a little flat, for now at least. Holding with an £8 target.

Yes it is good to see WorldQuant tcome off a little but we need to see a greater rate of covering before I get excited. I have patience and content to wait a year tor two if necessary my target exit which is a great deal north of where we are currently. ASOS hit a bump in the road and we’re punished severely for it which is fair enough. Upside looks attractive if you believe that they will steady the ship. No doubt the hedge funds will get a whiff or recovery earlier than most so keeping on eye on their activity is as good as any real sales date IMO.

Lots of different numbers bandied about today re the potential sale price of the airline. I expect based on industry multiples it could be as much as £1.5bn - £2bn which could clear all debt or at least cut it in half and provide significant investment capital or even sell a slice of it. I am not surprised to see an uptick today and expect it to continue provided that our incompetent politicians keep their big mouths shut. Also, consolidation is what the airline sector needs or at least the bigger players want so expect a keen interest in any sale process. Important however is for management to carefully consider some form of price guarantees for a period of years in any sale contract otherwise their clients may face higher costs which would be passed on from those larger players dictating pricing within a less competitive space. I am content with my position here.

You are now making yourself look very stupid and from your posting history you are not particularly knowledgable about the markets so will resist from communicating further. Asos will return to levels much higher than where it sits currently and I look forward to making a good return here in the fullness of time. A little bit of advice - do some research on different valuations methods which may help you avoid silly comments.

My friend - I have no problem people making money going short or long but I do have a problem people spouting nonsense to try and help their trading position. I have traded/invested successfully for almost 40 years and understand the game pretty well so have no need to talk nonsense to make money but each to their own I suppose. As I said to my kids, work hard at school/Uni and be honest and straight with people and you will do well and you usually find that those who do otherwise will be those trying to dupe or mislead - which one are you I wonder?!

You clearly have no real understanding of relative valuations so won’t waste my energy trying to educate you.

Some excellent research Paddy many thanks. Seems that Gervaise may have some very considerable leverage with which to extract favourable terms when the time comes. Of course, first things first and results which maintain momentum with Hav but keen to hear about other projects too as we are far from a one trick pony.

....have been adding here recently which is keeping a lid on price recovery. Retail sector under pressure both online and bricks and mortar but ASOS is priced for failure which of course is nonsense. When the dust settles on Brexit and investors realise that EUROPE IS A BUSTED FLUSH and that we are better out of it there will be a number of strong recovery plays where people will make serious returns. In my view this is one of them.

Been in and out here over the last year as I believe in the consolidation story albeit that I was concerned about the ability of senior management to make the correct acquisitions at the right price and quickly integrate these to deliver the synergies. They should have foreseen the shortage in qualified VETS though which appears to be a schoolboy error as too many deals to be done ie. th sexy side of the business! Not sure why so many issues in the Netherlands but perhaps they have bitten off to much too quickly. This is firmly on my watch list now and could be a decent value play if they can skilfully manage the business without buying too many more businesses. The word overtrading springs to mind! This will potentially recover steadily but not until they reassure investors that they have the management bandwidth to walk and chew gum at the same time.

So, I still hold my 5m shares here and intend to be around for some considerable time to come unless of course all the experts we have heard from over the last couple of months have all been wrong and instead of a world class find at Havieron and many other high potential opportunities at Hav, excellent prospects at BH, Scallywag etc etc they are all dusters or lets just say, dust! The question on my mind and I assume on the mind of other shareholders is what has Gervaise been doing over the last 6 weeks or so? Do we think he has been sitting with his feet up on the edge of his desk dreaming about even better grades on Hav 006-009? Perhaps he has been chewing his fingers nails so much that he has none left, or even sitting staring at his telephone and praying that someone with greater resources may pick up the phone and give him an opportunity at early retirement - no? No, I certainly don’t think so. I expect that he has been extremely busy planning the next round of drilling at Hav, Scallywag and other excellent prospects. He will have been preparing detailed financial plans with scenarios to include how they may be able to use additional funds from warrants and perhaps how much risk DDI may wish to assume in lieu of cash payment including bigger rigs to enable much deeper cores next time around. I also expect that they will have thought carefully about what news is issued and when to give them much greater optionality than simply agreeing some form of JV with the first company to make a formal offer. I remain of the opinion that the best strategy at this stage if the next set of results are good is to keep pressing on alone and if some companies are extremely keen, keep them on the hook until such time as we are ready and have optimised the potential as far as we can before we join forces with others. Not long now before we read the next wave of news I am sure and there will be bigger swings along the way as some cash in and others buy-in. Either way, this is sure to keep folks on the edge of their seats.

Or both......I trade some shares but just invested £100k today here in my SIPP with an average of 140p which I am very happy with. Over 15 years if I reinvest all the dividends and if they stay around the current level and with NO capital uplift my 100k will increase to £325k ( based @ 8% pa.) This board has a mixture of traders and investors which makes it one of the least palatable with so may agendas from making a turn intro day to holding for decades. See you in 15 years!!

EBITDA and FCF key to preserve div cover margin which they reiterate so no issues for me and some will happily ignore those who post multiple times before the market even opens as they are short or want to get back in lower. I expect a rise today as this has been bashed down too far and when dividend is reinvested by many next week this will slowl6 grind back upwards ahead of f/y and statement on dividend.

Revenues flat, cash down to £20m but new facility arranged, took the hit in closing down NJ and irritating lease issue in Asia which is non-cash. Overall not great but market didn’t’ expect too much but recent rise in price may be reversed. Not sure this will encourage shorts to cover as yet so I expect the price to continue in recent trading range until we see a change in operating performance supported by that old chestnut, professional PR/ investor relations. Remains a hold at a limited level for me until things change hopefully initiated by new CFO.

No evidence of shorts closing as yet but the notifications are delayed a day or 3 for optimal impact! When I see evidence I will start to increase exposure here but any rise is very much welcomed.
