It's over lenders converting enough masses.

Remember they have £5m of CLNs. If £200k of debt converts to 800m shares asks yourself where that leaves ordinary Joe's.

Just as I said they did not pay POW in November.

Bells hand was forced in 2015 when he did 25.1 consolidation as share price got close to nominal value of 0.1p per share.

Bell completed the consolidation and set the new nominal value of the share in 2015 at a far lower figure of 0.01p.

Ten years later here we are again record low placing at 0.021p. It can't go much lower that's the law.

Now that is Spec remarkable.

On 19th January 2022 when Bell said the Arbitration was imminent RRR had 1.22bn shares.

He's increased borrowing by circa £10m, and issued 6.5bn shares off the back of immenancy and an Arbitration due nearly 4 years ago.

He has blown far more than he gets from the Arbitration in chasing it.

Now that is remarkable.

Spec March 24 incredibly nearly two years ago Bell announced PoW deal. It suprised us all.

The original completion date was Dec 24. Nine months. Just like everything else it's late

His chances of paying the amount due on 31st Dec 25 are zero IMO. I would be shocked if he had paid the November balance.

I think he allways knew Arbitration was risky and strung everyone along. PoW was I think a long shot alternative get out of jail.

Walls are closing in and Supportive lenders will in my opinion take ordinary holders to the cleaners. We must be at the point now where they pull the plug on RRR as this is good money chasing bad.

Dogs comically they all feel they got in at a good price [ most around Lithium nonsense] and have all averaged down.

It is true hope springs eternal but not with RRR.

- £10-12m debt.

- £5m of CLNs at unknown terms.

- 200k finance charges a month. All accrued as RRR can't pay them.

- 8bn of shares and billions of warrents at 0.04p.

-250k plus due to POW on 31st December and I doubt they paid Novembers.

Risk reward for the beleivers is now the worst ever .

Thankfully accounts due soon so Bell and RRRs hand will be revealed on all the bad news they have in my view deliberately suppressed.

Why not locate the Lithium 200 tonnes and sell it ?

As an Investment Advisor what's the case for continuing to store Lithium but raising on these terms ?

I invested probably 10k and was badly stung and began to realise what this company was over 10 years back. I cashed in for circa 1k having been misled IMO with lots of lies. Magic and Zumore were right.

A sobering thought if I had hung on I would be down to circa £25 only for a 10k investment.

Mikey / Nike / Liquid Silver / Dicko / Orslaga / Maidit were all lured in on the November 23 Lithium nonsense [ please note they would rather raise cash today and mega dilute than locate and sell 200 tonnes !!] Share price is down ten fold since then. Those guys average down and still beleive.

Sadly RRR will survive only if the Arbitration is successful. Its quite clearly dead its now just a matter of time until the supportive lenders call it a day and call in the loans IMO.

Just for you amusement at Xmas Prem 9.36bn and a 10.1 consolidation = 93bn.

You 16.03 post on 17th December suggested there was NO tax at all to pay. It had sales less cost of production and no tax.

We agree no corporation tax or advance CT. The debate is about EPL.

I did see that and found it strange.

I was assuming EPL was paid in advance and this was an adjustment to the transaction date.

I have read on multiple boards there is very little way of escaping EPL.

Spec - housing is a distraction. Arbitration is all that matters.

The concentration on distraction as opposed to Arbitration should worry holders

Orslega what do you think will happen to the SP if Koto receive $21.5m. Answer in my opinion zero.

The money is earmarked for a purpose RRR share is zero.

It's the first of hundreds of dominoes that have to fall into place. It has hurdle after hurdle to cross.

In the meantime £10-12m debt, 200k finance charges £5m of CLNs.

Any announcement of $21.5m will cause a small spike and allow an escape as holders sell.

As you have said for 18 months we will see.

Pivot from Arbitration is the only significant change for me which makes this even less investable.

It's for a reason the SP is where it is and we have five trades.

AB has trust and believability issues. This is DRC. It won't happen.
