To me RRRs problems are all trust.

The Arbitration could have died a death a year ago.

Would he tell us ? Based on Lithium tale I would say no.

The mystery of the Lithium has gone on far too long.

A clear statement on X by Bell of existence whereabouts and future plans would put it to bed once and for all.

But David look at the October 24 RNS I posted this morning.

The optimistic comments re sales and production of Gold and sale of the asset, particularly at a time of rising gold prices, is at odds with the audited accounts.

The RNS to put it incredibly kindly are sunny side up [ and that is very kind]

I take your point and agree David.

Do you think

1 - the Lithium ever existed or

2 - Bell stored then lost it. Agreed on a law suit but surely worth an RNS ?

2. You stated the 200 tonnes of Lithium was in storage.

3. You stated you would sell it at this price.

Cat got your tounge ? Just admit it doesn't exist and we can all move on.

The evidence is clear - no slithering.

Any progress with Dominium could easily leak.

I'm only reporting what SPL has told us himself on this board and what Dukey says AB told him about Lithium and suing.

I really reccomend any SH or potential SH reads the FASO parts of this carefully.

Subsequently in October 24 and November 24 we had an RNS saying gold sales from Faso and a re-iteration.

We then had quite a few RNS about interest in FASO assets sales

What we had no communication on was

1 - the result of Billings review which presumably said development plans were not viable. ?

2 - progress on supposed sales.

3. Why promised production in 2024 never happened.

4. Status and whereabouts of all the kit we put at a cost to RRR.. None of its recorded in any set of accounts . Skeptics could be forgiven for thinking it has the normal aroma of Lithium.

What we found out from the accounts that on 30th June 2025 is the entirety of flagship Billbale asset was fully impaired and half of Boulon. Despite gold price going through the roof and Helpfuls " do the maths models" NPV sky rocketing.

An impairment or pat impairment means management consider the asset to have NO or LESS value [ as either an asset for resale or a producing asset].

They did not have the courtesy to RNS the impairment or mothballing of FASO despite just a few months earlier making very bullish statements in RNSs on gold production or sale of the licence

In amongst all this Gold as Helpful tells us oftern reaches record highs. So what a monumental management mess up !!

Never mind posters on here having to lawyer up. Andrew Bell this is a disgrace in terms of your performance and use of SH funds and in my opinion you have been economical with the truth on this issue . DYOR and IMO.

Zero / Nil chance of that happening IMO. I said it (the Arbitration) was dead two years ago and stick with that.

Hope i wrong but if it good news its something else.

Most important is its evidenced and verifiable as this company has a trust issue.

As a 10% ALR holder we took him at his word.

He's gone very quiet.

Wonder why ?
