The Elephant in the room is does the £600m incude the impact of acquisitions ?

My view is it probably doesn't.

So it's not just cash from US deal but also Waldorf and here's the rub production plus tax losses.

I'm no expert but they have a shed load of cancelled shares from a 25.1 consolidation in 2015. They are shown in CH returns

The consolidation was caused by the SP approaching a nominal value of 0.1p which would trigger automatic market suspension.

Bell set the new post consolidation nominal value at 0.01p to avoid this happening again and we have been perilously close in 2025.

Anyone assuming this is good news is incredibly naive in my opinion.

IThe resolution is not linked to DRC but rather paving the way for another consolidation should the endless share issues cause a nominal value suspension.

At first glance guidance is reduced production but only as Indonesia Waldorf and Gulf of Mexico ( sorry Trump you w**ker) are excluded once they are included production is up.

Free cash flow down from $1bn to 0.5bn feels the same.

In terms of purchasing own shares I go for the glass half empty version which is slight of hand to convey confidence or precautionary as SP too close to nominal value.

Bell had to sell Limon at a loss to Para and took years to recoup the proceeds of $2m and the remaining $3m sold in a fire sale last year for £1m.

Yes Spec. The one the most useless investment advisor in the world swore blind was sealed and delivered for a confirmed sale by 31st December.

He's such a plank.

The licences expires in June 27. 4 year licence and they need to spend $280k a year on average so $1.120m to meet renewal terms.

That's getting squeezed in terms of delivery and why should RRR get the windfall of the increased share price ?

My guess is RRR are known as a distressed seller and DAL will quite rightly in my opinion be recouping some of the SP gain accruing to RRR on sale by modifying terms.
