Share capital consists of three items

7.154m Ordinary shares of £0.0001p at 30th June.

Two other types are shares are shown and these relate purely to consolidation.

At consolidation in 2015 the old shares that were replaced were deemed deffered and mothballed There is 8.4bn or so of them with a higher nominal value than now.

These shares the deffered ones created on consolidation are the ones in the share premium account. These the consolidation ones with a nominal combined value of £2.134m and £0.579m in Share premium are the ones they want to buy back. Nothing relevant to today's share issue.

Why you may ask ? IMO to prepare for the most likely outcome here, an ordaly winding up to benefit the few.

You are certainly no accountant. Your knowledge of economics is no better than average and you seem to churn out ridiculous over inflated valuations like confetti.
