The Directors have confirmed the licence is in renewal process and they have no reason to believe it won't be forthcoming. NOT THE Auditors. Stop the lies.

1 - 12m of fair value depends on a successful renewal.

2 - The inherent uncertainty of the renewal process.

3. - The minimum licence spend and companies lack of cash.

The way you are spinning this is nothing short of misrepresentation.

We basically have Bells word for the licence renewal.
