The trick with RRR is to take everything they say with a large pinch of salt as much of it is unevidenced. And they have an outstanding record of never achieving the hype, not even close.

It's what they don't say that matters

I did think this would drift until a formal RNS on framework agreement, timeline, sales partners.

ZPHR in my experience are a pretty type ship but with so many balls juggling leaks are possible.
