David resolution 6 which failed is the one to issue 800m shares to Challange Holding Ltd in leiu of 200k debt.

The resolution to issue 2.3bn passed.

Clearly only the big shareholders voted [ spattering of small PI to ]

The dynamics are they ganged up Bolitho / Topham / peel / Black's Estate against Challange Holdings. The vote against challange was huge.

As I allways said supportive lenders now scraping over the carcass of RRR.

And the Director went as the lenders want their man in. What hope shareholders on here like me :)

The figures are illustrative and I of course don't know the terms of this particular loan . BUT we know RRR has loans with 25% arrangement fees and 0.5% interest a day so theoretically possible.

Huge problem either RRR lxck of transparency on lenders and terms of debt.

The Chair Richard Grant is a 40 year oil man.

Leadership seems a good mix of oil and finance experience.

Small mercies but an hour ago a sell was 3.2p on H/L now its 3.51p. We seem to have moved up a step in terms of the bottom sentiment in 2026.
