I topped up in my SIPP as 40% is offset against tax. Some at 515 which I thought was the bottom and double that at 327 which I could not beleive and truly hope is the bottom.

It's not going bust and will in my opinion see £8-10 again when normarcy returns in a few years. Fundamentally the country needs houses. I'm in for the long term and happy with my 10k in here.

Any specifics for us on RRR Helpful ?

Remember that meeting in the ante room. More progress in a day than the previous 2 and half years ! Fourteen months have elapsed since then and nothing.

You were giving it large all afternoon that it was not the 2 billion we had suggested.

You were then hit by a gut punch of an after hours RNS on the same day for a further 800m shares.

How we laughed - wrong on Soma, wrong on placing, wrong on DAL. Wrong on everything.

Now instead of just acknowledging you are just wrong all the time on RRR you pivot to another company you suggest without any evidence you are making a killing on. !

Most are not convinced we think you've fallen on hard times.

Andrew Bell said we had three offers for Cote assets and chose DAL as it gave us near term funding.

The sale was due to happen by 31st December.

Licences expire Aug 26 I think.

Could as Spec says Helpful DAL be running down the clock to get them for free !

I remember a certain " nasty" person calling everybody names who dared disagree it would complete by 31st Dec 25.

David in the interests of balance you might be wrong. I'm not 100% sure I think existing unused authority may carry forward so AB could have more.

This is also contravesial. Look out for a placing at current SP or premium.

Helpful will ramp that to the hilt. I think it's more a case of existing supportive lenders and shareholders positioning for any potential end game.

As you and others have said for months the only thing to save this would be Arbitration cash. It's over four years since it was imminent and I don't hold out much hope.

1- the 2.3bn authority would not if all of it was issued be enough to pay POW.

2 - The share buy back could relate to deffered shares from the 2015 consolidation which were not cancelled. Housekeeping exercise making any restructuring easier.

3 - Supportive lenders at the AGM voted against issuing Challange holding shares in leiu of debt. Challange will not be happy and will want repaying

All this IMO inexorably leads to one conclusion.

The $7.5m was a great deal.

Not only did it fully fund the well but as CH pointed out initial production did not not go to the lender but was split 50:50 from day 1 . This i got the impression was unusual. I too thought Nelson supersition seemed reasonable.

I know none of us really know but what's the case it was not Enbridge ?

1 - Aquisition performance poor. Target 400bopd. Actual 295bopd.

2. Williston decline scary.

RNS 24th June

" With an effective date of 1st June - the proposed aquisition is expected to add $4m in the first 12 months based on spot rate 29th May 2025".

Spot rate on 29th May was $62 a barrel.

Oil since 1st June has averaged circ $62. Area above the line the same as below.

So actual.price same as modeling.

Income to date from today's RNS = $1.7m in seven months extrapolated = $2.91m.

So they are 105 barrels below the 400 target so 295. So 35% down.

I suspect they may have rightly sold a small amount of producing assets.

Can't see why the company can't tell it as it is the 55% increase is embarrassing. Bit more detail on this is the least we deserve.

I get they are limited on what they can say on Paradox. But Operations !!! Come on Colin your SHs deserve better.

Ebbs and Flow what really gets me is they RNS on 30th December. One day before Q4 ended that production in Q4 would be 130 barrels per day more than Q3.

Given they only had news year eve to count how could they be out by so much. It was as you say 58 barrels higher.

130 barrels - 58 = 72 times 92 days = 6,624 barrels. Truly shocking.
