I've had Papa on filter for a while now. Agree with much of the sentiment here.

I was pretty hacked off by the last RNS. Agreed not a game changer but very poor.

I do think this will come good, whereas six months ago I was doubting it. So for me it's sit and watch. Blockbuster Monday !! Yes please.

Lithium 200 tonnes. Your line( and you have an inside interest in ALR) is it exists in a warehouse as we have not been told otherwise.

The alternative proposition is it never existed supported by

1 - no news since Nov 23 - two and a half years.

2 - no entries of any sort related to a Lithium stockpile in RRR or ALRs accounts.

3 A glib statement from Bell saying its in a warehouse and if its not he will sue.

Sometimes and particularly at RRR when a company says nothing you can assume it's failed.

You may remember in October 24 we had an RNS promising gold production by year end in both FASO and COTE. They then issued another RNS in November 24 [ 7 weeks before that deadline] re-iterating they were on track. After it was missed nothing no communication. Are we to assume we are on target to produce gold in FASO and COTE under the Helpful theory ?

Sadly the examples are endless.

Termite samples fast tracked - RNS Oct 24 - nothing.

Boulon mapping with BUMIGEB RNS Oct 25. Timeline two months nothing.

The Helpful theory of no news is not bad news is a poor one and all the time the SP under your watch has fallen from 1p to 0.02p.

Speculative had suggested DAL were just playing out time and acquired the licences for nothing.

I'm pretty sure the licences expire in Aug 26 and there was quite a high minimum annual spend - $180k a year.

RRR were no where near that expenditure level . I oftern used the term delinquent to refer to where RRR found itself. They fast tracked the Termites in October 2024 and we are still waiting :)

Perhaps I was right all along Hapless ? No sign of any DAL shares or any exclusivity payment in the half year accounts. No sign of any of the two other potential buyers Bell crowed about stepping into the breach.

They have a fiduciary duty to protect shareholder funds and have failed. I suspect they have little or no mitigation and the RNS is window dressing. Yes I like the companies prospects but this is really poor.

Somerset 700k is small fry and a rounding error in the accounts. !!!

The income is $6.2m in the last half year report and the loss $2.7m.

In that context its material and large fry.

I think you need to up your research.

Cyber attacks are by definition not inside jobs.

Redress will either be via insurance or through the banking systems they placed reliance on.

My suspicion is plain and simple human payment error and the cyber thing is just widow dressing. Cyber attacks immobilise entire systems they don't redirect a single payment ! This sounds like internal control weakness hence audit committee review.

As ever with ZPHR I'm not confident we are being told the full story .

This company is so secretive its criminal.

We learn they are paying 700k to a single contractor. That's a lot. Why and what for ?

They tell us the pipeline connection etc is all paid for by Enbridge. They are clearly paying a material amount for something ? Utah state for the new acerage ? Seems the right amount The only reason we get to know z sizeable payment was made is they lost the stuff in a fraud. The wages CH is on are obscene for the size of this business. This is shambolic.

November 23 - 5m tonnes do the maths. Two years later RRR fully impaired the asset.

June 24 Bilbale Faso 5,000 ounces net to RRR , $450 all in costs, 1,200 tonnes per hour throughput. Fourteen months later RRR fully impaired the asset.

Not to forget a $bn housing project !!
