Spec - said he wondered if the licences had been acquired direct.

1 - Ownership must be with RRR as no deal has happened, or if it has its not been communicated.

2 - DAL continue to show the RRR licences in their presentations.

Possibilities.

- deal has completed but not been communicated.

- discussions on going.

- no deal and negotiations have ended.

- DAL running down clock and will aquire licences in Aug when the RRR licences lapses.

Just because RRR take 2 years to negotiate a licence does not mean DAL will.

All will be revealed.

August 26 just for you Hapless will be three years since negotiations began on Kenya renewal and 4 and half years since the Arbitration imminent . Two years and 10 months of storing 200 tonnes of Lithium.
