RRRs entire rag bag collection of assets has been for sale for years. We have lots of RNS saying interest in FASO. They never come good.

Even RRR would never say interest in EO as its worthless.

Forward look Sales per site 2026 1.42. [ 25th March 2025 0.59].

Contrast that with Nov 25 trading update ytd 0.85 [1.02 2024].

In the public sector where I am an audit chair the mere perception of an insider is enough to stand a person down. You should not be posting given the money you claim to have made on the IPO.

Sat here with £4.20 average after top ups at recent lows.

Absolutely confident this is not going bust. Trading currently at a huge discount to tangible assets.

Debt is relatively high on average - but that's a function of partnership trading. The key thing is debt is more or less backed by a partially developed housing asset. So whilst debt is a single point in time most of the year debt is higher but so are stock / receivables. There is no underlying issue that's the model.

Housing is cyclical and the fundamentals won't change - growing population and shortage.

This for me has £8-10 nailed on in 2 - 4 years time and as a previous poster says - just like every other cycle we will say why did we not buy at £3.37 ?
