Owned by the Chinese firm MMG are looking to increase production from 2030 to 2040

The Las Bambas executive said the company is in the 2021 budget approval stage.

In 2020, she said, the mine was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, so work was concentrated on production and developing studies for the continuity of the operation.

According to company data, Las Bambas produced 84,086t of copper in concentrates in Q3, up 44% on the previous quarter but down on 3Q19 due to the impact of restrictions to tackle the pandemic.

In Q3, onsite workforce levels averaged 65-80%, which resulted in a 64% increase in material mined and a 29% rise in mill processing compared to the second quarter.

11m oz au eq is value I calculated for 0.4% copper grade
This might go up or down depending on the average grade, I think realistic grade is 0.4%. A conservative grade would be 0.2%.
Looking at the drilling logs 0.4% looks good.
In the High grade zone 0.6% is very good from Hannams that maybe higher in time

For those that don't understand what 1g/t means to Ggp

I think I've been very careful/conservative with my assumptions:-

"I've gridded the plan and fairly accurately I believe the area = 176,000 sq m after deduction for the dyke.
I've split the depth into 2 sections
900m deep for the 650x375 section
300m deep for the 800x500 section
2.75 breccias specific gravity
0.75g/t average breccias grade

900x 176,000 x 2.75x 0.75 divided 31.1=10.665m oz

300x 314,255 x 2.75 x 0.75 = 6.25m oz
Total = 16.9m oz
I've worked out the gold recovery rate is about 89% average of the breccias and sulphides
Therefore the quantities are around 15.3m oz.

The 2.75 is conservatively on the low side
the 0.75g/t may increase.
On present published dimensions I'm estimating the Eastern breccias around 900,000 ounces, i can't see the average grade or sg being much higher than 0.75g/t or 2.75.
At 1g/t = 23.5m oz

It's all about the average grade but from what I'm seeing 1g/t or less is realistic "

From these calculations I've not taken into account for the High grade zone allowing this to compensate for any waste rock.
I've used 0.75g/t to allow for the shell cut off levels.
Cadia' new Train 3 Flotation process retrieves far more of the gold and copper and prevents it going into tailings, so if eventually employed at Telfer will increase the recovery rate above 89%.

Conclusion
@0.75g/t = 15.3m oz (most likely)
@1g/t = 23.5m oz
plus 11m gold equivalent ounces
plus any cobalt gold equivalent maybe 3m oz

NCM have used the same formula for the NSR as was used at Telfer.
The biggest unknown is the transport costs, this will be a lot different to Telfers.
Hannams AISC says it includes credits but how can they work those out when the likes of cobalt aren't mentioned. $800 may include for higher transport costs.

When the transport is sorted conveyor,train or processing at Havieron and the credits increase the AISC will fall.

6m tons a year will require around 110 road trains say an average of 150 tons each every day, so something needs to happen.

Are they accountants by any chance, if they are they will only look at the last set of figures.
Asset figures increase is what we need.
We have 2 licences in Tasmania with an estimated 1m oz each, an MRE on one of them would trigger a more sustainable rise.
$350 per ounce in the ground x 1,000,000 oz would put up the current asset by $350m or 6p on the share price.
$100m by Hannams is not a lot for all our other assets but there are no figures for investors to go on.
I always look at potential sometimes it doesn't work out but Greatland,ITM, IKA have increased dramatically over the last 12 months,so my philosophy has worked for me. Looking at passed figures is not me.

The way I've read it is that any outstanding borrowings can be offset against the 5%.
5% would be a good trade for all the remaining costs to mine in my opinion

Looking at those 2 videos Zoros put up on SLC and Block caving there are vast amount of tunnels, drilling, shot blasting etc before these operations can start, so I'm fully expecting further loans after the $50m.
Looking at the sums involved won't take long to pay back.

I've not included any recovery rates.
I'm fully expecting the recovery rates to improve when Telfer starts trial sampling loads maybe next year. The copper circuits may need upgrading like Cadia's

Panorama is at the eastern end of a geological zone in the Pilbara.
Artemis Carlow Castle is on this zone which has 60% gold, 25% copper and 15% cobalt. The last results were good but one negative is the horizontal veining with a lot of rock between.
I'm expecting Panorama to be similar.
Cobalt comes with either copper or nickel, there seems to be both in this region.
DeGreys licence is really good with probably 4 x Tier 1 asset potential.

Havieron is positioned in the East Pilbara.

So over 20m the one that fails to meet the cut off rule might have more in it than one that passes.
In the drilling logs some of the lower grade gold results have copper values greater than 0.6% so will not be in the MRE resource at this point."

The conversion rates he was on about I believe are the NSR of $1400 gold factor and $3.60 copper values.
The cut offs in each shell will have to average 0.2g/t gold to qualify for inclusion in the resource. Some shells may not get included if the grades are low or where drills have not entered any shell, I'm not sure how these will be including whether averaged or omitted.
