The 122 note is over the top of the drill position but is pointing to a different intercept

I'm trying to compare the HGZ area size with the last results, the South end looks a lot wider at the 4700 slice.
If that's where the bulk of the sulphides are it's yippee cos it's right next to the bottom of the Decline Spiral
i.e. will be mining quicker :))

Only the top 350m of the HGZ will move into the Indicated resource everything else looks as though it will go into Inferred resources.
I think all the little extensions like 117 are all starting to add up.
The Resource estimates take time to produce so if the Indicated does come in August there's likely to be still drills outstanding and others not inputted.

Economical grades for gold = 0.2g/t
and copper 0.2%
However the head grade at Telfer is around 0.9g/t and the copper is economical at 0.1%

0.2g/t is the cut off grade in the drill results so anything less is not recorded and any copper value is not recorded in that section

The HGZ extraction will start next year with sample extraction and then stoping/sub level caving. Telfer needs it desperately

Drilled from the NE to SW
The end of hole is interesting
83.7m down to 836m depth @ 2g/t
within that there are 2 short lengths around a metre long of 74g/t 0.36% and 34g/t
This quite obviously the sulphide HGZ where they've used a high cut off of 30g/t so nothing below is recorded in that zone.

Interesting part is the mineralisation carries on for another 34m beyond the HGZ at 2g/t

Stuart last night was trying to say when looking at the results just look at the headline figures.
The including figures are used to average the grades in the headline figures.

Over 20 holes with similar lengths but this one jumped at me during the show and I was shouting at the screen go to 123 .

109m at 5.9g/t and 0.63% copper

absolutely stunning.

This will form the basis of an Indicated resource hopefully in August prior to the PFS, anymore infill drilling will add to the Inferred resource.
They still need to finish below this top zone of 350m depth.

I realise that these results tonight cover the MRE zone to infill areas to form an Indicated Resource and are probably in the best zone we have but some of these results just blow my mind.
The copper results outstanding must be one of the best set of results we've had:))

The 4700RL slice they were looking at is where the 50m deep intrusion occurs shown in white . It's at about 100m below the ore body, it's not mineralised as far as I can make out.

The drilling results are shallow to concentrate on the top 350m of the HGZ to finalise this zone before they move on to other areas.

The drill to the SW I don't think there is any substantial extension below this slice but need to have a look

Any further depth drilling will be done lower down from the Decline.
Deepest mine in Australia is 1800m.

I'm not invested here but I do keep an eye on what's happening.
Looking at the web site modelling, the surface area may be larger than Havieron but you should be looking for the coincidence of the 2 surveys i.e. gravity and magnetic and that certainly isn't larger.
From what I can see your looking at a depth 100-200m , Havieron maybe around 1200m -2000 or more.
It may cost NCM/Ggp $200m by the time they finish they're current phase of drilling to prove up the mining plan.
I would like to know where the development/exploration funds will come from?
If they hit good gold grades this might get to a £1 as you say but what happens after the first drill phase?
I'm all for small firms making a go of it and good luck to all of you :))

I do blame myself for some of the unwarranted backlash of Joe Bass.
I based my calculations on what I could see on the possibilities of Kraken etc but did warn posters not to be disappointed if the results were lower than Havieron.
Havieron is one on its' own , we will probably never see results as high as that again.
I still believe there is a source around Kraken, 3 holes have not been enough to make any sort of decision.
Havieron had some historical drills already, Kraken didn't.
I shall refrain from posting forward looking calcs in future

I didn't think you were ,sorry if it came over that way.
The whole point of green hydrogen is to cut down on CO2 emissions and to me vanadium is the wrong tech.
China and Russia produces about 80% of global supply from coal
Canada produces 13% from tar sand oil
7% comes from mines and recycling.
It's not good stuff.

All miners are trying to reduce emissions but they are way behind the times.
Changing from heavy diesel to natural gas, solar panels are a rarity in Western Australian mines, so even copper production isn't green at the moment but a necessity.

Newcrest produce gold dore about 25kg, it has about 75% gold the rest is silver and iron.
From Cadia the copper concentrate powder is piped in a solution to the new Molybdenum plant which extracts the moly and then pipes the copper concentrate to a dewatering plant next to the railhead . From there by rail as a powder to the docks for export to SE Asia smelters.
I haven't seen anyother credits anywhere it must be something they don't release.
Molybdenum though has a made a huge impact on Cadias AISC

That's only mined vanadium, most of the global supply from China and Russia is from steel plants that burn stone coal to make steel. The waste has to be roast leached to form vanadium. There's too much CO2 emissions involved
