I'm not sure about a bell shape

It looks more like a wibbly wobbly cylinder shape:))

Over the weekend I've been looking at the Eastern Breccias.
It is part of the ovoid ore body,it's not a separate ore body.
The size of the ore body between 900 and 1200m below top of ore body is around 800 x 500.
It's full of concreted breccias.
Drill 101 has long sections of core through it at c60 degrees angle and never reached 1200m depth.
It's still open at depth.

Query? Drill 69W1 I can't work this out?
The first intercept occurred at around 80m below the top of the ore for 89m at length and around 150m outside the ore body.
This looks like a new extension.
There's not enough drilling to know any sizes yet
It's in lower grade crackle breccias

Excited now what's under the Northwest end . (One snippet the HGZ widens further down )

I asked Paddy and Hydrogen about how to overlay maps. I wanted to see where the Decline was in relation to the HGZ.
I've been trying to do it by hand.
Hydro's friend did it an hour and Paddy has done a couple.
Keep an eye for them they're quite remarkable

I was looking through the dictionary to find the Lassonde Curve and there's a line through and a note see under H.
I looked under H and found "Havieron Curve " not to be mistaken for a Lassonde Curve as it is much shorter and continues to give surprises:))

I think you need to have a look at the charts on this BHP presentation.
I believe you may change your view on what Havieron is worth.
Try and place Havieron in amongst the other discoveries it's starting to look very promising for a World class discovery in the top handful

It makes me wonder if they drilled a vertical hole straight down the centre of Havieron what the results would be.
Say 1,500m deep hole(known mineralisation depth at mo)

1100m @ 0.75g/t and 0.3% cu

Red Chris would work out around 300m depth

Imagine how that would effect the share price
Or vertically through the HGZ
1,100m @ 3.5g/t and 0.6%cu

I expect most people skipped over the Red Chris sections on the RNS.
I'm finding them quite revealing.
There are 3 cross sections a colour code of red = >1g/t
blue = 0
Cover is about the same as Havieron but Red Chris is in blobs not a deep cylindrical shape.
On every cross section there are short drills long vertical drills, drills crossing each other but not hitting the target.
Then bang 524m @ 0.38g/t
another 438m @ 0.35g/t

Most of the drills that missed look as though they have sporadic alteration type readings.

If you can see the amount of drills that have been carried out, the 3 drills at Scallywag is peanuts to what's needed to find the hot zone

It's not as easy to work out if the MRE is 10% of the whole asset.
54m tons in the MRE is roughly 10% of the asset.
When you look at the sections where they have shown different areas within the shell of the MRE some of the 10m cubes are not included as drilling has not entered these and others may have needed more drilling information to produce an average figure.
The basis of the drilling campaign was to concentrate on the top 350m of the HGZ where the best grades have been found.

Back in June I think they split the HGZ into 3 levels
top 550 long x 250 deep >5g/t
middle 550x 200 deep 3-5g/t
lower 550x200 deep 1.5-3g/t
(Those are from memory so they might not be quite right)
The deepest true vertical depth I've seen is around 1100m of ore body but over 2,000m drill length. Not many drillers are capable above those lengths, there's a big danger of loosing the tool and the hole.

The MRE should contain an indicated resource of the top 350, it may not contain all of that level.
Anything lower may go into the inferred resource.
The Northern Breccias will be targeted next to include those in the Indicated.
Other breccias areas will go into the Inferred resource to what depth I'm unsure, if I had to guess I would put a figure of 600m.
Drilling deeper will be from the Decline.
These resource updates should keep coming between the PFS and the FS

Have another look on NCM report at the Red Chris section.
It is showing a long 5.5km cross section through Cadia and another through Red Chris.
Red is the gold blue is nothing
thelearner picked up on this sometime back

5.5km is Havieron to Kraken so far there's only 3 shallow holes announced.
This is why junior minors struggle to get to production.
The Juri jv is the best thing that could have happened and makes a takeover more difficult for other majors

That's only for a part of the SE crescent.
Considering my calculations last summer were only 2.4m oz (without copper) in the entire SE crescent these results are a big uplift on those

I will try and explain my theory more simply
If you go back to Paddys twitter and look at the cross sections it shows black dotted lines within it is what was used to produce the MRE.
From the latest drilling report they have expanded the purple HGZ within this resource for the top 250-300m .
The shell is broken down into 10m cubes, this expansion will increase the average grades within each cube and expand the number of cubes counted in the resource.

This will have an effect of increases in gold copper and all the other minerals in the high grade sulphides
My estimate is an additional 1.3 to 2m oz and 76,500 tons of copper or 210,000aueq on top of the MRE figures.
This was using 3 specific gravity but sulphides could be over 4, so my estimate maybe on low side

It's showing the HGZ thickness increasing dramatically around the slice this is outside and inside the MRE shell , this will have a big lift on the resource estimates.
Easier to get at from the Decline equals more high grade tonnage earlier in the mines life, equals more earlier revenues.

My estimate for this increase depending on grades is 1.3m - 2m oz +210,000aueq on top of the recent MRE estimate for this section alone

I'm hoping the coming drill season will hit something good it will make Ggp more expensive and the likelihood that the jv will continue.
A buyout by NCM will make them weaker and themselves taken over.
A sell of Red Chris won't happen they've only just bought in and joined the Canadian stock exchange.
NCM need the Ggp tie up it makes a hostile takeover far more difficult.
The prize to hold on to this joint venture is huge, so any success in the drilling campaign is going to prolong the joint venture .
Funding for Ggp share of the mine costs is going to very easy after the PFS and as GH said bank loans cheaper than the NCM loan will become available at a much better rate.
When the high grade ore starts going to Telfer there's huge money going to come in about $200m per year after costs until the bulk mining starts when it will raise to $400m.
Any loans will be easily affordable .

Tunnels may be drilled using hand-held machines called jackhammers, typically advancing 2m for each round drilled and blasted. The tunnel size limits the advance; generally, the round drilled cannot exceed the longest dimension (width or height) of the tunnel. They may also be drilled with mobile drill rigs which are usually electro-hydraulic. These machines may be single-boom, twin-boom or multi-boom and are often capable of drilling several development ends in a single shift. Advances typically range from 3m to 6m per round.

The development cycle normally involves drilling and blasting a round on one shift, lashing, i.e. cleaning out broken rock, and installing services such as pipes, tracks and ventilation equipment on another, the same day. The water extraction timeline plan shows the Decline continuing beyond 12 months.
There are a lot of offshoots called stockpiles, are these for storing waste rock from the blasting before removal?

Paddy and myself had a debate about the Decline over a year ago , comparing a tunnelling machine versus drill and blast.
For 3km tunnel a tunnelling machine would take 4-6 weeks but the drill and blast I think I worked out 12 months which was about 7m per day.
The new road headers though have 4 arms I believe which will be used by the contractors these can drill 4-6m at a time twice a day so my figures of 12 months will come down a bit.
There is a lot of work after the blasting as you say.
