Certainly going to be busy

The Decline design at the moment has been positioned to target initial production from the SE crescent, originally a stoping design.
Now that they are changing to SLC and targeting 6m tons per annum this will have a dramatic effect on the Decline design.
Trucking 6m tons out of the would not be economically viable.
Hannams have stated 2m is possible by truck.
Conveying the ore out is the best way but I've been told that they won't go round the spiral.
More vertical shafts will be required for the SLC production for hoisting.

Therefore the Method of mining is cryptical at this point to formulate a definitive Decline design.

The other issue is how to transport the 6m tons to Telfer.
At the moment they're thinking of trucking it but other options are still open.
A Volvo road train carries around 125 tons,
some 5 bed road trains can carry upto 300 tons.
If you use say 150-175 tons per trip then 6m tons per annum is around 100 trips per day, it seems an awful lot of road trains will be needed. Some decisions here need to be finalised.

This next 6 months should be action packed full of news flow, just like the old days of the Blackhills nuggets. Was that really only 2 years ago it seems an age.

The announcement to start drilling Parlay will soon be on us.
What's at Parlay?
It's a bullseye feature, some of the western side of it straddles Antipa borders. I don't believe there has been any historical drilling or an MMI survey.
I'm expecting a wildcat drill, so be patient on that one.
It sits next to the same fault that Kraken and Blackbeard are next to.
There is a 'tail' of small anomalies running south into Scallywag.

Outamind:- There is a series of anomalies here surrounded by the same fault that comes up from the west of the Havieron block and Apollo.
I believe there has only been about 6 drills here in the past and they're not deep , 3 in the west and 3 in the east.
There has been an MMI survey but not reported here.
There maybe some indicators from the 6 drills for the best possible new drill locations.
This maybe a series of 'camps' like at Ernest Giles from perusing the plans but only drilling will tell that.

Goliath:- Very exciting high priority target.
A huge bullseye target with similar MMI results to Havieron. For cobalt at Havieron replaced by tin here.
Split into 2 depth wise- the top 1,000m has a magnetic intrusion anomaly that has come through the gravity anomaly.
This magnetic anomaly is bigger than Havieron- massive!
1,000-2000m deep both anomalies (magnetic and gravity) are fully coincident and are far larger than the top gravity anomaly.
From memory it's over 20x the size of Havieron.
There has only been 3 shallow drills nowhere near the magnetic anomaly, they may give indicators I'm not sure on that.
There is a 'tail' running south and meets up with the same fault line around Outamind.

Los Diablos- a very intense fully coincidence anomalies
3 drills and MMI survey undertaken results not published.
This would be my favourite for a Tier 1 but not as exciting as Goliath.

Wildcard- will they drill Tama in this round.
A supergene target is where the minerals have been leached out of the surface layers by water and deposited lower down forming a super rich deposit.

Scallywag- Well there's so many places to drill here finding the right spots for drilling is going to be real detective work.
The new chap has his work cut out.

I wouldn't like to guess which would come first.
Very excited with this area.

Rudall is a maybe for this year unless we have to drill in the mining lease agreements. Maybe just MMI or ground gravity surveys.

Main catalyst though is the PFS and preceding that the Indicated Resouce estimates. Should enable the Havieron assets to be included in the accounts .
The preferred method of mining will probably be announced around this time.
This should solve some of the unknowns of the Decline design and transport issues.

This high grade section is very close to the Decline design position, it's the obvious place to remove the sample ore for Telfer to adjust there process train/trains.
What does this mean well from discussions the top 20-30m of this zone will be targeted.
The volume of this is roughly 150x50x30=225,000 cubic metres
Hannams first note used 3.4 specific gravity
225,000x3.4=765,000 ton
Hannams average grade in HGZ =3.8g/t
765,000x3.8 divided by 31.1= 93,472 oz
Plus copper @0.6% = 4,590 t
Allowing for costs say $1,000 per oz revenue
93,472x1,000 =$93,472,000

Copper price c $9,000 x 4,590t =$41,310,000

=$134,782,000 possible revenues from the sample tonnage.

Total costs forecasted $1.5bn
SLC operations about 1/4 way down so say around $350m $134m revenues =$216m outstanding
Ggp 30% of shortfall =$64.8m

Conclusion Ggp will need to find after the Feasibility Study around $65m to fund their share of the SLC mining.

An attractive short term loan looks very likely

Sample production probably stoping will part fund the SLC operation
The SLC production will pay off all previous debts and pay for the Bulk mining infrastructure and give substantial profits.
The Bulk Mining will pay all remaining costs and profits till 2052

It's just unusual for accountant to see potential from my experience.
Current Figures to me are always out of date.
The current assets are only £9m but when Havieron is booked to the accounts, the sp should sort itself out. That should be after the Decision to mine

I know in my own mind the assets are worth multiples of the share price.

Just a few highlights of our assets:-

Havieron:-
A multi speed development of a mine with a joint venture with a global mining company. A leading expert in underground bulk caving.
Gold resources could range eventually to between 12-28m oz plus major copper resources and also major cobalt resources.

Juri jv:-
Paterson Range East:-
Multiple gold / copper targets 12 known at present including the giant Goliath target a 15bn+ tons target that's 30 times more tonnage than Havieron.
Blackhills:-
At least 6 targets including Saddlereef 1400m long gold target one end poking out of the ground suitable for open pit.
Also Parlay a bullseye feature on top of a main fault line.

Panorama:-
A very long Paleo-placer goldfield to the north
To the south a very large cobalt anomaly possibly the largest in Western Australia and possibly Australia.

Scallywag 100% owned:-
At least 12 known targets the majority of which are sat near fault lines.

Rudall :- 100% owned
Bullseye feature underexplored

Ernest Giles:- 100%

This is a big company in the making and I'm certainly going to enjoy the ride

Scallywag is that large you could put 2 Cadia mines end to end and still have room for a Red Chris mine.
The first 3 drills around Kraken didn't find the hot zone but what they have found is mineralisation in the ground indicating that there is a source very close by.
The next 4 drills will give more indicators in which direction.

Looking at the long sections through Cadia and Red Chris that Paddy tweeted recently there are a vast amount of holes around the ore body that missed or picked up indicators, these are mainly coloured blue, the ore intercepts are in Red.
Looking closer Red Chris around one ore body they drilled vertically,deep,shallow and at angles about 10 drills and only one of these hit the right angle and depth.

The aero magnetic survey was issued with those first 3 drills and a map was released for a lot of new targets for Scallywag and Black hills.

The 3 historical drills at Havieron gave clues to where Ggp should drill and bang they hit it first time. That was very very lucky or was it good detective work.
Geochemistry is a relatively new science for studying where minerals are moving during magma intrusions.
Presentations from the Australian Geochemistry Society are extremely informative on vectoring.
Some different vectoring studies by PHD students are on there:-
Movement of chlorides
Radio isotope dating of Lead from it's Galena source.
Sulphide saturation.
Alkaline and acidic movements .

It's a very complex science.

What I want to see from the next 4 drills is just not the core details but the interrelated knowledge of the surrounding area and giving precise reasons where they intend to drill next.

Forget about what they might do to the sp this is a long term play not short term.
Havieron will sort the sp out eventually but hitting one target on Scallywag wherever it is will be mega news

although this was before the latest results and will increase the MRE figure of 54m

"In soft rock, especially in the ASM sector, tunnels may be dug by hand, but in the majority of mines they are excavated by drilling and blasting. Tunnels may be drilled using hand-held machines called jackhammers, typically advancing 2m for each round drilled and blasted. The tunnel size limits the advance; generally, the round drilled cannot exceed the longest dimension (width or height) of the tunnel. They may also be drilled with mobile drill rigs which are usually electro-hydraulic. These machines may be single-boom, twin-boom or multi-boom and are often capable of drilling several development ends in a single shift. Advances typically range from 3m to 6m per round.

The development cycle normally involves drilling and blasting a round on one shift, lashing, i.e. cleaning out broken rock, and installing services such as pipes, tracks and ventilation equipment on another, the same day. After blasting, the usual re-entry period is four hours before personnel may return to the face, after ventilation has removed gases and dust. In ASM, lashing is often done with hand shovels, whilst larger mines use track-mounted or trackless mechanical loaders."

The mine plan won't be decided until the FS
From discussions I've had the Dyke may dictate what plan is forthcoming.
This resource is split into 2 by the Dyke
Will they SLC totally the SE side of it and block cave the rest?
Does the Dyke come down with the Block cave?
Depends what sulphides are removed prior to starting the block cave.
It's a problem with mixed of graded ores at the plant.
I feel the 2028 date is still reasonable for production of the Block caving to commence.

There is 420m of cover and 1200m of ore so that's 1620 overall.
That's 3000m of Decline to the top of the ore then 8000 to the bottom of the ore body.
The HGZ goes all the way down.
I am suggesting they will tackle the top 350m of this.
The ore goes down not up at first to a crusher so the Decline will have to be deeper than 350m that's over 2000m additional Decline from the top of the ore body.
The stoping can remove ore from the top layers
