I must say that I was impressed with timing of each RNS and its order.....The prescision was perfect....first the bad news....followed by excellent news....looks like MB had it all planned out.....I strongly belevie that they new Heron facts, when they released Gazelle info.
The PetroM will need some money, but I am not sure it would be via placing anytime soon.....You have to remeber that MB's buddies got in at 10 p and so far did not make money....the SP needs to recover well above 10 p for any off them to get out with something in their pockets....if placing comes too soon it would hammer SP for a long time.
In that part of the world the failure will not be rewarded with golden parachute.....it is not UK....so MB needs to deliver for his own good.....and I think he is about to do just that.
The wording about Gazelle is so factual, but incredibly open. Most likely for a good reason.
I think the ride is about to start under watchfull eyes of his buddies.....
DYOR
Guys you both seem to be geniuses on the entry points...I should learn from you....nowhere as good as you two....
I am not fundy....They had funding for 4 wells and did 2 placings for well 5 and 6.....after second placing to his friends SP never recovered not even before spud.....and they can do as many placing as they wish and PI are happy to pay for....they need no permission from anybody to do so.....see second placing straight after the first one last year....these are all small PI who are buying and will burn...II are not buying just clever traders trading heavily.....
Again just old news. Nothing proper on NOMAD...no broker means no shares trading....the end is too close for a comfort... This is one way how to grab money and run away legaly..... Hopefully I am wrong and we won't hold a worthless piece of paper after February deadline.....
"RSM Tenon Group plc announces that, on 8 June 2012, Mr T C W Ingram, Chairman of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 5.25 pence per share. This holding comprises his total interest in the Ordinary Shares". "RSM Tenon Group PLC announces that, on 26 June 2012, Adrian Gardner, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 5.9 pence per share. This holding comprises his total interest in the Ordinary Shares." These old hogs would not put a penny into shares if they were going to go bust. There are hundreds of companies where directors do not touch own shares....those companies I would be more affraid to buy..... In 2003 Tenon was in similar mud - rubish management- after changes Tenon won "company of the year" and shares went from 5 to 65. No company is doing well for ever as unfortunately people do change and not always for better. And as for the debt (like every other company on stock market) didnt they just changed to standard listing so they can sell off some underperforming parts of bussines and raise some capital? The shares climbing up daily and tenon will raise from ashes in couple of months....they have done it before and they will do it again
RSM Tenon Group PLC announces that, on 26 June 2012, Adrian Gardner, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 5.9 pence per share. This holding comprises his total interest in the Ordinary Shares. I dont think he would invest if the company was going under.....He is the one who can see the books....
Hi, but it does not show in the trades? Also number of trades done on 7 and 8 June after 16.30 including buy at 17.30. How is it possible without RNS on price extension?
Hi, did anyone notice a number of large transactions on 7Jjune between 16.44 and 16.53? No RNS issuied either for the price monitoring extension. Anyone any thoughts on this?
