100% agree iceman.... Loaded up here for push up. One way or another this is a great opportunity. Consolidation done.
Painful as it was, we are no longer a penny share and havea share price that will have a more respectable look about it. The company set to make some shrewd moves in the green sector and let's face it the US move was not window dressing. The market cap is 4mn which is crazy considering we have 1.7mn in cash and recently won a 400k recent repeat government contract. We also had £108,000 in revenue in Jan/Feb 2021. On top of that we have the 100K investment in Aeristech. No way should we be pricing our IP and potential future deals around 2mn. SPC has 3mn cash. No other assets. 6mn market cap. Go figure. There are also the warrants at 15p exercisable BUT once SP has exceeded 60p for so many consecutive days.

this would be worth more if it was as a pure cash shell. Indeed there are some right turds worth more than we are currently. Hold for news.

Blair, What is your problem? Are you invested here? All you do is grumble because the SP isn't where you want it be. I've only got an a-level in Geology but even I can see where POW are heading from the assets being accrued. Yes some of the projects PJ has will not pay off but there are several that if they do, will transform the company. That is why the rest of us are here. But you need to give it time and in the meantime just soak up the progress.

that's fine. The last RNS was a massive improvement. but GS still has to understand the market mindset. If a date is mentioned, the market expects. I made some early losses here because of GS's timeframes. He should have simply said that an update would come in due course. I am sick of companies using words such as imminent, shortly, very shortly, soon etc... A lot of them know what they are doing. Still I actually expect an update today.

when we spin off the first non core, are we expecting the share price here to drop? Surely if the current valuation of OO doesn't really take into account the non core we shouldn't see much downside??

I agree we could valued in the pounds come Q3....but we could also be valued in the pence. Keep real here...Success is not guaranteed no matter how confident the company is. Not saying it won't happen but heard it all before too.
