Robday speaking of Mortgages, Angus will have more spare cash to expand and to pay dividends as stated in the Q&A "Bullet payments". The interest will be offset against Tax what ever the terms are. Homeowners have the 25 year term and then opt to make over payments with any spare cash, this enables them to have Holidays etc. Speaking of the other two faced poster, it depends if they are buying or selling like aka SV!
