That's what I've been getting at a few times in the past. Funny thing is that some of them then pretend to be concerned shareholders.

He was/is shorting Tils as well. Must like the biotechs and medical companies trying to provide ease and comfort for people.

tkr I made the same point many weeks ago. A real doctor would the be supporting companies that are saving lives especially those working with the NHS.

What's the story here you down 45%? Well that's your own fault if you bought at the top. But that can't be true can it if you have been investing for that long you would have more sense in timing purchases better.

I don't recall us having this negativity when Sharehunter3 was posting! He held the team together with a positive attitude despite what some said about him. Positivity breeds positivity. Too much negativity on this board now it's even encouraged our shorter poster to come back. They work on the negativity. Just weak arguments again from him.

The LTH's are still mostly in profit.

Luciano mentions the outlook statement - if performance was going to be significantly different from this then companies would be required to notify the market.

Even a 50% return as a special dividend from ggp sale would leave the company with sufficient money for future investments.

A merger with a similar company would help to reduce costs and would lift it from this tiny market cap. With a tiny market cap the costs of running the company are disproportionate.

If they sold GGP and returned all the proceeds to shareholders we would be left with value and it would lift the share price considerably.

Any thoughts?

I agree with you that the share price will be higher than 200p on all the royalties from a successful lupus drug.

Think in your example you counted the potential royalty revenue to come to 340 million. However, their margin on that revenue will be high may be up to 70-80 %. On a price earnings ratio this would give the company a valuation in the Billions!

If the P3 trial is successful this share could transform a lot of pf.

So we own less than 1% of GGP yet that holding alone and the cash we realised from it is worth 100 of our market cap to us! I was just taking issue with the example given earlier that we owned 2%.

Statements need to be accurate though without putting a negative spin on it whether intentionally made or not. It doesn't really matter what percent of Truspine we own it's the percentage holding in Prim portfolio that counts. - what percent of GGP do Prim own and how much is that worth in the portfolio?

The monthly updates is what encouraged the day traders and share price volatility.

These milestone payment deals are nothing unique and standard for these kinds of development deals. I'm invested in biotechs that have these deals.

In the biotech world you're looking at anything up to 10 years or more before a drug is successfully launched! Look at SNG was it 15 years to get to this stage and still more trials and phase 3 left etc.

These milestone payments are paid in stages and it will be long time before they get paid if any from successful development.

Their share price is only rising on the covid test if it fails the share price will most likely collapse to below a £1.

It's more than 2% value wise of Prim portfolio though.

There was some negative publicity regarding Rightangled back in May this year. Looks like it may have sorted itself out now.
