Sorry Surfie not convincing. Try harder. So which posters are mentioning daily RNS releases on the other boards? Exactly, there is a clear pattern there and here of deliberate negative posting. It's not what real shareholders do all the time is it?

Yes some of the old posters have gone or don't post as much now. Maybe they have all made a lot more money than us and are taking a break!

On a serious note I think it could be what you mention - fellow posters have diversified over time and work commitments. There has been general nervousness in the markets which tends to scare posters away - a lot of the other boards I'm on are also quiet just market nervousness imo.

Also I think Nova has set out it's stall now with future direction and product launches and people are just waiting on the company to release those details going forward.

Personally I don't have the time to post as often now due to work commitments but do check in throughout the day to see what is posted.

Happy to always call out people like you who have an agenda but what I'm not sure as this is your posting style on all the boards. Maybe it's just a form of entertainment for you?

Don't take us for fools your posts show clearly that you are not a "Hardcore Novacytian". In fact I think that is the first time I remember you mentioning the company's name in a post!

You are wrong about our friend Sharehunter - he doesn't just post about rns's etc as you claim. His posts are varied and he has posted good content over the past few months - you just haven't been paying attention.

However, the same can't be said about you - I'd like to say I found one of your posts useful or I learnt something from it but no unable to say that.

10 million is still a small company. We do not need a further non executive director then (unless it is a statutory requirement?). So basically as company increases in size so will its costs! So more of the same.

Has the technology been transferred over yet at AVCT? Surely can't be that difficult for the delivery driver to bring it over? It shouldn't be taking nearly 2 months to do.

You all have more experience in the markets than me so I should be listening to your views. My time in the markets is only really from March this year. I have about 2 years before that (not a continuous 2 year period either) but that's from over 10 years ago. I'm more interested in learning myself this time round so you see I don't have as much to offer in terms of experience.

It does seem odd - but it was always in the contract so they always had the right to ask for repayment. I'm not sure we can read too much into it as regards Avion's application. The other fund is not converting.

Perhaps they just lost faith in the management a bit like we have? After all they said only 2-3 months ago the American funds would be able to convert at a premium to the share price then out of the blue a big placing at 11p? They have not given proper reasons for this placing other than ii interest and progress drug program. They had funds for this already so there was no urgency for this. Why go to US loan when they could have done placing to begin with?

I don't think I have ever come across a company that has messed up so much in one go - in effect we have had retrospective placings because of the actions of management.

The company's statements did create a legitimate expectation that there would be no further fund raising at below 18p and that would have influenced people to invest/stay invested.

I wonder if some of the money raised is going to be used to fund Incanthera beyond the already mentioned requirement to do so. Just an idea. I would not be happy with this as I can invest in Incanthera myself if I wanted to. It would also be a conflict of interest as Tim is Chairman there.

I'm still optimistic on the science as Avion wouldn't have shown interest otherwise.

Interactive Investor allow you to trade Australian shares. They are on ASX. Exchange is open from 1am (UK time) in morning and is closed but the time UK one opens!

Most brokers allow international trades to main stock exchanges so you should not be having any issues trading these.

Glad I picked up a few extra on the drop as well.

Seems that whenever people have sold so far it's been too soon.

More liquidity now in GGP so should be able to sell big chunks straight into market without a discount. Last sale we only got 10p when price was nearer 12-3p as I recall.

Bit technical I'm not a trader so maybe someone else can explain it better but here is what I Googled which seems one of the better explanations:

Someone on their board mentioned earlier that it was a UT trade so wouldn't open at 27p on Monday so I repeated it here. Having looked at the trades there is a £1 million UT trade. But it's not just this UT as there are other several hundred thousand pound trades and one other UT trade I can see...wait for it - for £33 million pounds!!! Wow!

People there are saying it's the ETF - GDXJ.

So I take back what I said earlier it may well open a lot higher than the 4.30 price which I had as 21.55p.

People there will feel robbed if they sold out today for it to open circa 27p. Market can be cruel.

UT trade so won't open at 27p.

Ggp rose too quickly so some consolidation there is not a bad thing before hopefully the next leg up (I'm not directly invested in ggp but understand there is some share price growth left there?)

We are still undervalued and have been for a longtime.

Hopefully with the corporate action things will begin to change.

Obviously bigger shareholders make more but only relative to their shareholdings.

Yes this is like buying ggp with a massive discount. Previously it was mentioned, some months ago that SVE is 90 % invested in ggp so you are really buying ggp - with more interest the nav discount should narrow.

The end of September results might narrow the nav to share price gap?

This is a discussion board so all ideas/options should be discussed - no harm in that.

I mentioned this idea of a possible merger with Starvest when I first invested here a few months ago.

Both are around the same market cap and yes it would get rid of GGP board and save costs. Starvest is at a.maßive discount at the moment probably 50% so a merger there may narrow their discount. It allows for more options investment wise as there will be more funds available from future ggp sales as a combined entity.

I would have thought Karen01 would have sold last week if she was so concerned. No lets wait for the share price to increase even further before selling! Doesn't sound like genuine concern to me.
