You were expecting a lot more only on 29th September? I personally think we will move up sooner - that " evidence" I mentioned before has appeared and it has changed the fundamentals. Testing will be around for a lot longer even after a vaccine.

Think we will also get some more news/contracts worthy of an rns.

I suppose it's down to the research one does and continuing business performance (there will be ups and down now and then).

There are different styles and they can all work. I personally aim to buy and hold quality businesses before they become well known to the masses and become big enough for the bigger funds to start investing in them.

That's the theory anyway! Probably works best in US as the market there for growth is so much bigger.

RG seems to sell early. From what I can see he doesn't stay invested on a long term basis. He is happy to double his money here and go. He has done similar with other companies. He sold Sng before the rise (not sure if he made any money on that as I haven't got time to analyse all his holdings) I believe and also sold Ceres Power late last year at £2 when it has nearly tripled since.

He obviously has his own system. I sold out of Circassia earlier this year on what I thought were bad results and the story with the stick had changed as well (luckily made some good money on it by chance - there was a share price surge as I was selling) just when he was increasing so I don't take any notice of him.

I don't think we can take anything from his sales regarding fundamentals other than selling pressure. The sooner he is cleared the better.

£10 by end of year is now achievable in my view - a several hundred million pound contract changes market cap dynamics. By that time we should also hopefully have news of more contracts/products so £10 is not far fetched and is a very reasonable target imo.

If he does we all have the evidence from his post - it's really an admission from him that he is disruptive and will stay away if X happens. The admin at LSE will recognise it as such I'm sure.

Obviously the risk remains with biotechs but I try to reduce that risk for my own pf by focusing on late stage ones.

Good to see your doing well on Sclp. I have a mental block that prevents me from buying shares that have risen even 20-30 per cent in a short time frame. It's how I've missed out on some good opportunities including Sclp - that looks like a good one another Tils with lots of projects ongoing.

My approach is the opposite of Nolupus. I'm working on it! Trying to rewire my psychology! Think it's working as I topped up here as well at 63! I wouldn't have done that before having bought at an average of 32p before

With more experience in the markets I hope to get better.

Based on AC's specialty and expertise it might have been good for Prim to take a stake in another gold miner/explorer.

Ggp has had an excellent run and there maybe more in the tank.

I have personally been looking at Solgold which in comparison to Ggp is undervalued and has bigger gold reserves. There are other explorers but they are more speculative higher risk higher return. Solg has more liquidity so easier to make a quick sale.

I know it's not the focus of the company but short term trades such as these where there is a margin of safety and the asset has intrinsic value can be profitable Solg was in 20s for a long time but is now on the move and in the 30s.

A small focus on such trades may be profitable. I personally would stay away from the more higher risk explorers for a publicly listed company - they maybe fine for private pf.

I would like our next acquisition(s) to be a mix of sales added but also for IP and tech that we are in need of. We are not having problems with sales at the moment and for the foreseeable future. Markets value high tech companies much more than low tech so let's see what they buy.

Responding to Anders post - the renewed focus on transplant diagnostics should be lucrative as we have established a strong link with the NHS so easier for them to come to us for these products in future.

I have a few of these giants of the future type shares, hopefully at least one of them fulfills the potential!

Alkindi US - Eton have updated the forecast sales from Dnl's $25 to $100m
Not including the milestone payments from Eton high double digit royalties for Alkindi in US after deduction of some costs will still leave a very high margin - it will nearly all be profit. So if left with £10-£12 million profit just from US sales and not rest of world that would give a pe of 20 and market cap of circa £200 million. But I anticipate the pe will be much higher 30-60 or more so possibilities are huge and then add ROW for Alkindi sales and see if we are not a billion plus company? Then Chronocort from Europe to be added and later from US and further indications from the side studies adding more revenue. Chronocort at peak sales will mean we are a several billion market cap company.

Then the biggy Ditest - we don't need that but if it is successful then we are looking £10 billion plus company.

I don't think we will get to a 10 billion company probably taken over by then.

You need vision to hold shares like this how many will still be holding when this reaches £2 hopefully?

Phase 3 study in US still needs completing. Not sure if they will partner with Eton. If they do Eton may need to raise more money to fund the P3 study if Dnl don't fund themselves. From last half year results RNS:

"Chronocort® US: preparing for pivotal studies

During the past year, Diurnal has also refined its US development strategy for Chronocort®, to reflect both previous feedback from the FDA and its own experience with the European Phase 3 study. The design of the US Phase 3 study has now been optimised based on this information and, shortly after the end of the financial year, Diurnal submitted the updated protocol to the FDA for a Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) meeting. If granted, the SPA potentially offers more certainty for ultimate approval of Chronocort® in the US, assuming that the clinical endpoints of the Phase 3 study are met. The Phase 3 registration study for Chronocort® in the US will recruit up to 150 patients with CAH randomised to either receive Chronocort® twice daily or standard of care. The study is expected to commence once the Group has either secured additional funding to run the study or has identified a US development and commercialisation partner for Chronocort®. Diurnal believes that the preparatory work previously undertaken for this study, including identification of key clinical sites, will substantially accelerate the start-up once the study financing has been secured.

All positive. Market opportunity from European approval alone will be huge and the European market opportunity is bigger financially than the US - see page 12-13 of link below which is from the old Feb 2020 results presentation.

Wilson it's easy to miss these things as our company has so many diverse products. Transplant diagnostics seems to be an emerging growth area so hopefully we can become a key player in this area.
