The current machines have been sold for research purposes but after approval is given they will be able to charge their commercial rates for everything with the attractive margins. Can anyone confirm this?

The article below is from another board and it highlights the benefits of holding quality businesses. This buy and hold approach would not work with most of the lifestyle type companies on Aim. But there are some gems among them and an investors job is finding and holding on to those.

There are many examples of "investors" who became wealthy through this approach not seen many examples of these super traders who have become wealthy trading short term. You have the hedge funds but they have over longer periods under performed the wider market.

Slightly off-topic I read this a while ago and found it interesting how he has held stocks for decades (he does sell as well).

I suppose it's down to the research one does and continuing business performance (there will be ups and down now and then).

There are different styles and they can all work. I personally aim to buy and hold quality businesses before they become well known to the masses and become big enough for the bigger funds to start investing in them.

That's the theory anyway! Probably works best in US as the market there for growth is so much bigger.

Funny thing from one of his posts is that he is telling people to buy on 16/6 at £2.25 when he was telling people to topsclice at 2.14 on 8th April.

That's enough from me I won't be responding any further to this timewaster.

If people want to buy/sell/topsclice make up your own minds don't take any advice from the pump and dump merchants.

The brilliant trader invited us to look at his posts so just to show people that he is not the brilliant trader he makes himself out to be we should examine reality from the fiction he presents. Just a few of the posts to show that his timing on Ncyt has been way out. I'm not giving him air time by doing this, I'm exposing him and warning people, there is a difference. If these people are not tackled early this board would get out of control. I went on the Solg board a few days ago and never seen anything like it it had descended into utter drivel. I'm simply trying to keep this board clean and push back these posters with their own agenda.

Telling people to topsclice on the 8th April at 2.14, the share ended the day at £2.58. Within 1 week only the share continued to rise and peaked at £4.91 more than 100% higher than this price of £2.14 that he/she was telling people to sell at, oh dear a brilliant trade:

The next day here is the sorry admission he got it wrong £2.14 to £4.84. Have to admit there can't be many traders like you as you suggest:

The broker note is conservative in its revenue forecasts but that's not a bad thing when we break those forecasts (which is very likely imv) and then we get the broker upgrades.

2021 revenue forecasts do not factor in the phase 2 of the government contract or any future care homes contracts. We also have a full year of covid trading from January 2021 which should add more revenue.

No additions to forecasts have been made for any acquisitions so when they happen that will be more income as well.

Very likely also after all the acquisitions etc for substantial cash balance to remain - it's there in the broker note.

The market likes a company that beats forecasts.

At least we got to see a page or 2 without being one of their mega rich clients!

At some point there should be a press release (not a company rns) to say Numis has initiated coverage with a £xx price target like there was on ggp a while back.

If you go on the Numis website you can't access any of their notes. I certainly can't find any.

You have to subscribe to access and it mentions institutions. Numis notes are not available to the public as far as I can see and only for their clients.

There's a good write up by Jack Brumby on today's Stocko small company report.

Can't remember the Professor's name now but in an interview a couple of months ago or so he said something like it was unlikely these new rapid tests in the Condor testing would be ready for this winter.

Different tests for different purposes so PCR will still be required going forward.

I have a few Farn shares much smaller than my holding here. When you see what can happen with those kind of shares which still need to go through trials you realise why we are holding here and the different levels of risk.

Imagine marketing the Q16 & 32 machines with the caption "as endorsed by the 2000 patient Queen Mary University of London clinical trial" Wow!

Others just have the Department of Health or whoever to test them (and then keep the results secret as well!) while we have had a full clinical trial. No official RNS on the trial results but assume it was successful otherwise why would they be buying the company?

Part of the plan all along I reckon get a clinical trial done and then buy the company.

Before the tell tale tale sign of the company's growth and orders was all the extra recruitment. Now it's buying this mobile device company.

I wonder what news is coming in future? Think care homes, clinics, stadiums etc.

Very happy with the acquisition.

Secures crucial supplies, no wholesale price and small mark up as we build at cost and sell at retail.

It maybe one of those acquisitions that returns the investment within a very short period perhaps even a year if the machines sell in the the thousands following our purchase.

We also get everything else including the regents and IP so a good buy.

All the company's tests, including non covid, can be undertaken on the machines.

Mobile testing for the world. The hardware secures machines to sell the tests. Brilliant acquisition imv.

Can't see it happening this quarter re Avct - read their news releases looking early next year maybe Feb/March at earliest for a commercial ready test.

Who's to say we are standing still and will not have a similar faster test.

Company is extracting every little bit of value from current technology by making incremental improvements as it goes along - see the coating of tubes to make NPT much easier.

It's not just about first to market but also quality and reliability which Nova has shown as well as being first to market on some of its products which is good.

Taylor has just done the same on the Aau thread he is a deramper/looking for a cheaper entry.

Based on what exactly? Are you looking for a cheaper entry point?

Company will be cash rich very soon and it is earning into the Cyprus project with minimal spend.
