Correction, 3.28M shares sold
A bit surprised more are not selling at 0.005p +.. Not much more to gain even if it does go through. There is risk it could go pear shaped too. I have a few left in but have been selling at these levels with my last being 3.4M shares a few minutes ago.
Wouldn't be surprised if they make a hash of this sale too.. I think there are many who reckon they will vote against and some are big holders too aCcording to TW. The feeling of Rees walking away laughing at everyone is too much too to take for some, inc myself. We will soon find out.
Don't think it matters either way does it? `Likelihood is that it probably will go through, so a bit more to gain if you hang on.
Ncyt are as big or bigger basket case than Ygen!! Won't touch Ncyt until we know the outcome of the govt dispute. Latest results there were shocking imo! Without the covid cash they would already be toast..
The company has been totally mismanaged simple as. It's too top heavy and if you can sort that out then it's quickly into profit. They are in need of investment, which of course this is where Ncyt comes in.
They are growing at 20%+ as it is, with investment that will be even better and quicker too. They have some good partners like Ambry genetics in the USA. Big players in their own right and wouldn't be surprised if they joined the fray with an offer.
The potential jewel in the crown is their Ranger tech. Really good bit of kit that's not long been launched. in it's upgraded form.
Plenty more stuff like their Nipt offering, which is where they supply Ambry in the US. Europe is getting back to good growth too.
They have plenty of other products and also are selling Ambry cancer products here and europe.
Take a look.

Now we know why the radio silence eh chaps.. wasn't good for their agenda was it? criminal imo, and legal route must be taken.
Correction... over 35% now.. there is your answer
NCYT currently nearly 30% up..
Even 36% leaves then short by about 12%+
BGF have already agreed.. will the others follow? Apparently directors and BGF can pull out if a better offer comes in. Let's hope so.
Isn't it about the figure Rees needs to break even??
It seems like they are incapable of stopping this decimation, or don't want to. Take your pick which one..Either way it stinks !..
Sorc, they should report on plenty of things, but don't.. I wonder why? It seems like it's on purpose,...I wonder why?
The business model seems to be about how many employees in the company. It seemed to be the big brag on every report/presentation. Didn't seem to matter about huge losses and total mis management , but we've got 250 employees ..Hilarious!
Can't remember when Wallybrook/brokers say about break/even.. Was it 2025 ?
Andy, are you suggesting the wonderful ceo has been doing something criminal or untoward? lol
As another £32k+ gross drops into the ceo's bank today.. Nice gig eh?
Surely the best outcome is a sale, or maybe a merger with a big player? They obviously can't do it alone, so for me that's the best outcome.
