…a good price rise for you guys today. One thing I’ve noticed though is that big rise or big drop Aimslowerstill still struggled with intellect! Fingers crossed for another positive day tomorrow. 😊

Sorry to see the SP going south, and hope we see a change of direction soon. May do a cheeky rebuy, but might wait to see what happens tomorrow, as I think there is a little further to go down yet.

Thanks. Really useful to know. Problem is that the company is now in a difficult position, as we want them to communicate with us but can’t trust them, certainly can’t trust Chris Jeffries. Look at the RNS in November 2021 as pointed out the other day. Really poor communication and gave no indication of things to come. They only just did an investor presentation 4 months ago that has literally been torn to pieces. The BOD and CJ can’t be trusted, they don’t tell the truth and clearly have no workable strategic plan. If they were all employees, they would have been sacked for incompetence long ago. Still it’s good to know, despite knowing that what they say has to be taken with a few tons of salt.

…but not unexpected! Hope for the best, expect the worst snd take profits along the way? 1p is a distant memory at the mo and could see that it just didn’t want to push through it. Good luck all

“Continue to drive the business forward!” Over the last 2 years we’ve gone backwards! CJ is a joke. CJ please publish your salary….and show shareholders that your cost cutting exercise includes a significant reduction in your salary, until the company makes a profit and you return some shareholder value.

Yes….and “Ideas Boy” put out that RNS. Within 35 days the game was over for all of us! As long as “Ideas Boy” keeps picking up a nice fat pay check he’ll be happy. People like him should be banned from holding a position in a company as a director or CEO. There are too many that get away time and time again with doing a really poor job and doing very well nicely! It’ll never change though.

Up until the suspension happened there wasn’t a sniff of a problem….wasn’t even on the horizon. Veative had been lingering for a while. It all went wrong when they and Aldebaron got involved. There are massive problems here. Dr Von Rosen has deep pockets and a successful track record and is heavily invested here….yet he has no appetite for further investment. What on earth is CJ going to do other than sell the family jewels. The guy doesn’t have a clue, let alone a plan. Deeply deeply deeply worrying.

No body said anything about PREM de-listing. A question was asked and a reply was given about ANOTHER SHARE! You are a typical lemming…only seeing what u want to see…good luck as your portfolio reduces. I wish you luck…you clearly need it.

Dr Von Rosen, founder of LottoLand purchased a big percentage of DevClever at around 25p per share. Had warrants to purchase a substantial further amount at 50p per share. DevClever was de-listed and has twice rebranded in the last 6 months. Taken private without asking shareholders. No new or existing shareholders can be found. At one point £121,000 up to de-listed and lost everything. Company was suspended and de-listed in a blink. Hence my cautionary tale for PREM shareholders Company. The worst can happen, so take a profit while you can. This will drop further.

I’ve seen experienced multi millionaire investors purchase a huge % of the company, at high share prices only to see the company delist and then not be willing to invest more.I’ve seen the CEOs buy share and also get free options….means nowt. The CEO buying at a higher share price is often a sign of arrogance, ego, snd an inflated view of ones ability. Seen it time and time again. A CEO of a company buying shares at a higher SP is NOT a sure fire sign that everything will come up a bed of roses. There are more bumps in the road here….so yes, please look back in 3 weeks. I will do the same. 😊

This has further to drop…at least another 10-20%! Once taken from behind by a CEO people begin to expect it. See it time and time again. I reiterate. Take profit while you can….maybe not all, but take some! CEOs are only out to line their own pockets….often with a big fat salary whilst making no profits at all….for years! Make your profit before the rinse and repeat. GL to those that don’t heed the advice.
