FCA won’t give a s h I t e! They really really wont!

They will liquidate and I’m sure Chris “Shady” Jeffries, Akers and Von Rosen, will start a new company and buy up all the assets on the cheap and stitch us up.

We had a £30 mil finance facility set up all just waiting for a prospectus…which was in the final stages but never materialised! Can’t believe shareholders can’t / won’t be told the reason why! Chris Jeffries should be haunted by the way he has stitched up honest hardworking shareholders.

News release on Monday? U usually get an inkling when something isn’t right…..but here, pre suspension there was nothing. So so cross, with the lies and deceit here!

….at least Duff, Akers and Evertonrob1 were right about Dev_Clever being the next unicorn! A mythical creature that doesn’t exist! They have a lot to answer for too! So angry!

Nope, this rests with Chris ‘Shady’ Jeffries! He’ll get his….just a matter of time! From six figures to nothing in the blink of an eye. He’ll get his, of that I’m sure.

Nothing would surprise me. Chris Jeffries should be in court and facing criminal charges! This was always going to be the outcome. As I said, he made his money and that was all he wanted. Chris Jeffries should never be allowed to be a director of any company in the future. Hoped to get maybe 10% back but knew it was optimistic. I’m sure somebody will do very well out of the liquidation and it wouldn’t surprise me if it was Chris Jeffries and a few large shareholders. Just watch!

….3 months and nothing. There are no adjectives to to fully and aptly describe Chris Jeffries! Incompetent doesn’t even scratch the surface, fibber doesn’t either! We’ll have to make up our own word! Can’t think I've ever been to angry and incensed by one person for so long! Shame on him and only hope that karma truly visits him one day soon!

Mr Jeffries has had more than enough time to redeem himself since suspension. He will secure funding snd it will be terrible for shareholders. He’ll continue to pick up a nice 6 figure annual salary….whilst we lose our investments. Everything about the way this company has been run since 2021 has been nothing short of a shambles! I think most would agree with that.

Another week begins and still nothing from CEO Chris Jeffries. Hopefully he’ll come up with some great ‘ideas’ soon, that may ‘shortly’ result in us getting a small proportion of our investment back. Won’t be holding my breath though. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. 56 working days and still nothing!

The murky world of Chris Jeffries and Dev Clever! How did the Aldebaron deal get signed, when it was being questioned at the point of news release. Why was a reverse take over sanctioned that was of no benefit to shareholders! So many questions…but as always, no answers from the company or Chris Jeffries! The buck HAS to stop with him.
