The report was commissioned by N4P so no different than a paid-for broker note in essence. I do agree though it is a solid read and hopefully will help their external comms efforts in an attempt to attract a big pharma JV
Lol, speculate as much as you want on a raise if it makes you feel better. we'll see...
Nothing is assured in Africa. All the right signs are there but you know what will happen if they don't deliver on this timeline now...
What is current cash position here? i.e. how close are we to a raise?
True definition of a lifestyle co where Nicole gets to practice being a mining CEO without delivering any tangible results and gets rewarded for the ongoing destruction of the share price, killing off all investor sentiment in the process. WELL DONE NICOLA and TEAM THOR! :S
They have been on an investor roadshow recently so expect a raise shortly.
I don't think any investor in AMTE sees them as complete geniuses right now. I do wonder if Starmer's big GB Energy speech this morning will pump UK Gov into action but they're too busy imploding over BJ. What a waste. Time for a General Election methinks!
Amateur Power. Because that's what the board of this company are... amateurs. Complete joke.
Odd that the CEO is now talking about a gigafactory and not a megafactory. Comes across as slightly misleading given they have never quoted a gigafactory in RNS comms since downgrading to a megafactory. Does make you wonder what is going on and whether or not there is some BS being spouted outside of official channels.
I would not be surprised if THR delists this year from AIM. Paying for 2x listings on ASX and AIM is basically poor economics at this point. They have zero interest in the stock here in the UK so may as well lose it.
with a 23% spread... don't get too excited.
Not sure why anyone expected a rise here today. Fairly obvious with the less than impressive grades. Think some of you are getting a little bit carried away. The inevitable rise will take place when all the pieces align. We are probably about 18 months off that IMO but GLA as always...
ffs... not having a good day today!
what I meant was I cannot see an outcome where a bigger fish DOES NOT acquire BritishVolt or at least it's IP assets. Someone somewhere will want it and they're going to get it very cheap by the looks of it.
scrap that last post. BBC have updated their news item and now says 300 jobs at risk. Still rubbish though. I cannot for the life of me see any outcome where a bigger fish comes in at the point of administration and buys BritishVolt's assets. Could that be AMTE perhaps with the backing of a major manufacturer?... I'd say given our current cash position it's highly unlikely but you never know...
announcement due at midday today. appears to be going into administration. 1,200 jobs at risk :(
Be nice to see Nigel and co update the Nuvec on their timeline page though! https://www.n4pharma.com/timeline/
It ended in March 2020... ffs :D

looks like we might get an update soon at a guess
THR is an embarrassing company full stop. Never seen a co more steeped in failure than this one. Seems to be following on in Mick's footsteps.
bsg - directors are not allowed to buy whilst a drill is going on... closed period. Surely you already know this.
Unbelievable levels on incompetence from Nicole and the board at THR. Surprised it has a £7M Mcap tbh. If uranium drill doesn't hit I think this is lights out.
