This MOU has been extended multiple times and it does not show confidence in management. Why do you optimistically give precise dates when you have struggled to meet them on several occasions in the past.

I am not sure why do people think CFO cannot become CEO. Most CEO have accountancy background as far as I have come across.
I do agree he is not sharp communicator but communication skills does not project intellectual ability nor how articulate that person is. If the main criteria of CEO is to be effective communicator then TV presenters or new readers show be CEOs.
I am disappointed by the delay and more due to the fact that proactive notes reiterated the deal by end of 2020 only few days ago. Tim did mention that things changed at the last hurdle on couple of occasions but I am very surprised why it would take so long for any pharma to take up an approved product. Lets see how thing go.

Yes we need to have a RNS before 18 Dec. Any further extension would mean sp going down back under 1p IMO

Don't forget, sp was less than 30p about 10 days ago, so you are still in profit (unless you jumped into it recently).

Funds will be happy to buy this share. All the research and experts vouching for this are not fools. When are funds like GDXJ blocking millions of pounds into this, for few pennies? Na..
Don't think about the sp, let it settle down, we will be over 33p soon.

Oh yes, I can see that. Probably 08 Dec was just for supplementary document submission, hence there was no hearing or judgment passed and now they have listed new date.

I might be getting in here when I feel the price is right for me... I said this last week too when sp was under 20p. I think the jump from 12p to 30p was purely in anticipation of court case, which I was fairly confident wont have an outcome.
However, I could have probably taken a ride on the hype for a 50% gain if I had timed it right.. though it is not my trading style to jump in and out..

I still think this would be good long term stock to hold, but you would need patience and not think 100 bag in few days as lot of rampers here suggests on this BB.

As expected, as soon as court case delay has come up, this has started to tank.. come on ramping gang, you need to move on with new reasons to ramp up for next 3-4 weeks..

I said this last week, dates for Indian court cases doesn't mean anything as you can keep getting news dates for years..

Magoo, there has been constant ramping going on over here (and across other BB for PAT) over last couple of weeks. Initially it was the court case used for pumping up, now ppl are looking for other reasons since there was no outcome from court case..
