It MAY do when PM can produce oil in marketable quantities but they have only one customer & will have to match or better whatever price the Chinese pay for Russian & Petrochina oil. I doubt the MG will want to pay world prices for their own oil delivered to their own refinery (if it ever gets built).

Dozy - you might call it negative, I call it REALISTIC. I've been posting the so-called negative comments & predictions for probably about a year now and have yet to be proved wrong. As I've said I hope it comes good for everyone in the end but there's a way to go before PM gets there & enticing newbies in with blatant ramping of imminent multi-bagging riches is just wrong.
