No - the realisation only dawned a little while later - the SP fell as soon as the SPC was announced.

Thorno - the oil is no use within Mongolia until they can refine it (2027 or later), so it doesn't matter what their situation is regarding fuel for vehicles or heating. In fact renewables probably have a better short term (and long term) future than MG refining its own oil.
