Anything he says now short of "The Heron team ARE STARTING the workover & we have signed the agreements with DQE, PC & a customer in China" will cause the SP to slide further. If he can't say that he'd better say nothing.

My guess is that the Americans view Mongolia as akin to China & Russia. I'm surprised they are providing even a small amount of funding.

BTW - I sold my shares in COPL for a 90% gain so I no longer hold those either. Ta very much.

BTW - I think I actually said no SALES rather than no PRODUCTION, but there's not much point getting oil out of the ground if you don't sell it.

Google shows a drop in the SP to 3.80 - is that right or is it still in the 4s. Monday might be interesting.

You need to be a producer before you start considering the wider world oil market & PM isn't a producer (yet). And if/when it does become a producer it will have only one customer.

We also have a stagnating SP & minimal trading interest.

There will always be some excuse to delay Heron production. No need for Hamm to make them up!
