Well... After my loss to which I was holding for a few months, I've decided to cash in profit, but I still do not understand why my cash pot gets removed of a few poundeseses (150 of them) over a week or 2. as I try to keep it the same amount.

I have bought Gold and Silver before and made, N Gas has been my main one, but gbholds can feel my balls getting bigger when I buy N Gas again lol. i.e. I made a gain of 145 today and cashed in profit, normally I would cashed in when I was about 60 quid up, but I see the graph doing the same thing every time, so I held and cashed in a bit later (it still went up though and should of made 2 to 250 lol)

I also have a bit in RR on day trading because it would be daft not too, so that's doing very well again. But I look at RR being a no brainer and an easy gain, so normally I would have a lot more to play with, but I'm being very sensible about this as DT will take your headlights out the second one thinks about blinking.

Well, personally I see it like this, if I watched Cilla Blacks dating show for 3 plus years and invested on the bloke to get his end away before splitting up with her.... I would want to know if he did or not.
