Jesus, it hit 530, now it's back to 542, all within 3 milliseconds.

It's so weird, lately one just does not know what RR is gonna do.

I would hate to see the sp if we get bad news.

In all honesty iainuser, I now don't think those updates do anything to the sp any more.

I watched this video when I was out this morning, fantastic interview as he shows how good he is.

But why the sp is going down and is on 533 is baffling beyond belief tbh.

I am now 110% on my margins, so I'm hoping the removal of my cash slows down.

Thanks Fastfitz, Well before coming on here, I used to walk around to streets naked to cope with the stress.

No one knows but me why I vent, but believe me it's not for a selfish reason.
