The only question I’d like to ask is one I know Ap can’t and wouldn’t answer. Is the investor connected with the Zimbabwe regime? Was taking 3% of Vast part of the deal? If it is then we will all make a fortune out of Vast. People don’t hand out diamond mines out of the goodness of their heart.
Sandy fwiw I think the drop is due to aim mechanics. We were all hoping for a positive rns then we got a negative one( dilution is not ever going to be taken positively no matter if it’s to expediate a 1.7bn asset) When the numbers start to come in I think Bp will seem negligible.
Have you spoken to Ap regarding how much it will cost to actually start mining? Going after the alluvials is relatively easy I believe but have we got a ball park figure to get us up and running?
Tbt I think maybe your possibility 2 may be right. Joe I know they aren’t using the sulphide plant but now it’s finished I thought the cash flow from Pp would be used for Zim purposes. As always the placing is a kick in the nuts but on the plus side the price it was got away at was very good and if this diamond concession is worth what we think it will be, then we want to keep as much in Vast as we can. If as Ap states it could be worth 00’s of millions to us do we want to give away a large portion for £800,000?
I’ve got a question for the better informed. Pp is going great guns, the sulphide plant is complete, yet we still don’t have the funds in Zimbabwe for this Dd, why not?

Uncertain even the Labour Party send their kids private! the nhs is bad value for money badly managed. British schools aren’t much better, we are barely first world anymore.

Cc it applies even within families. My kids are happy for me to buy them things. If I give them the cash instead they decide they would rather save it!!
Today was why there was no big rise after the diamond news. The market knows we haven’t got a pot to **** in. Until we start actually making money, the money has to come from somewhere, there will always be a buying opportunity a few days after apparent good news.
