AH suggested they’d have optionality on future company profits, let’s see what could be distributed as dividend. Does anyone see any reason given latest Capita 1 sale that FY24 shouldn’t allow for a decent profit - maybe £100m+ EBIT after suggested outgoings possibly?. FY25 in excess of £200m profit would be nice!

Cash flow
The movement of money in and out of a business and its bank accounts over a specific time period. Cash flow can be positive or negative, and is reported on a cash flow statement. Positive cash flow indicates that a company's liquid assets are increasing. Managing cash flow can help prevent a business from failing.
Profit
The amount of money left after subtracting costs from revenue. Profit can be calculated annually or monthly, and is reported on an income statement. It's possible for a business to be profitable and have negative cash flow at the same time, or have positive cash flow and no profit. For example, a business might make a profit each month, but if its money is tied up in assets or accounts receivable, it might not have cash to pay employees
