£20m mcap with £11m cash and £65m booked revenue (£20m more than they had in June)... so yes its a buy even after this bad news... at this level anyway...

(162m mcap was a bit rich anyway tbh with £10 placing)

there has been change... the CFO has been changed hence this discovery.. and hopefully he will be able to put things straight in the longer term...

He was given options @ £8 when he joined...

Price here was around £3 not long back and managed to get to £12... so imo it can rise again. Once these issues are put behind them.

How many have £67m revenue stream incoming next year?
And no debt?
And as stated the bod own 55%...

Get past £1.30 for next move up... close around £1.50+ would be a good sign imo. See how it goes...

So that promise still stands... just a big setback. ..

wish such low freefloat... if everyone just held it would rise back nicely... buy traders taking 10% here and there will make this volatile with the low tradable shares...

with traders buying and selling - maybe not...
but depends on your hold timeframe...

and on future news / more revenue streams coming in.

He wont want to be making such a massive personal paper loss for long imo and will be asking severe questions...

Existing holders have 3 options:
1) do nothing
2) buy to average down
3) sell at a massive massive loss...

Some of course will panic and do 3... but if you believe in the company (as does the owner with 55%) 1 or 2 are likely to be taken.

Agreed - at 20% of the placing price that's one hell of a cut still but £2 a share would do me! :)
